We offer homes perfect for large groups, including Royal Estates, Casa de Luz, and Casa Puros Dieces. Some of our Tamarindo villas have up to 10 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 23 guests, with spacious common areas and private pools—ideal for families, friends, or retreats in Tamarindo.

Yes. Several of our rentals, including Soul House and Casa Maui, are less than a 10-minute walk from Tamarindo Beach. In fact, 15 of our homes are just steps from the surf, sand, and many of Tamarindo’s top restaurants—ranging from luxury villas to beachfront condos.
Rentals closest to Tamarindo Beach are ideal for surfers, since you’ll be right by the town’s main breaks. Villas like El Chante and Cabana de Playa put you within walking distance of the waves, so you can grab your board and paddle out in minutes.
Pets are considered at some of our Tamarindo properties like Casa Calico, Casa Xanadu and Casa Ventana, with a maximum of one small breed dog (excluding puppies). A refundable security deposit of $500 is required, along with an additional $100 cleaning fee added after booking. We kindly ask that you check with us before reserving to confirm if your pet can be accommodated.
Yes. Some of our rentals, like Casa de Luz and Crystal Sands 504, are right on the beachfront, giving you direct access to the sand. You can step straight from your place onto the beach while enjoying the space, privacy, and amenities of a full vacation rental in Tamarindo.
Most of our Tamarindo homes, including Casa Howler, Casa Florecer, and Villa Motmot, include daily housekeeping and laundry. For properties not in our Elite Service program, housekeeping is provided once every five days.
Yes, all of our rentals are family-friendly. Every villa includes multiple bedrooms, private pools, and spacious living areas, plus one pack ‘n play for infants (more available for $12/day +tax). Just let us know in advance so we can make your stay comfortable for the whole family.
