Villa Lux

If you have a big group coming to Tamarindo, this is the spot! We had a large group and everyone was very comfortable in this villa. Adriana was an incredible host. She helped me so much in planning our wedding there, which ended up being perfect. The villa is up the hill in a gated neighborhood, so all of our guests felt very safe. Highly recommend this place.

My overall stay was amazing , I was there to celebrate my birthday with some family and friends and we had a great time. Caroline was great always keeping everything clean and making breakfast for us everyday, Adriana was great helping us book all the activities. I will definitely would love to come back again.

Very beautiful location with amazing views of the mountains. Adriana was extremely helpful throughout the trip and also before arriving in Costa Rica with helping provide transportation and booking excursions. The housekeeper Caroline was amazing and did a great job of helping keep the property clean as well as providing breakfast for our group. We had a great time staying here. The house is beautiful and just a short drive to the beach. Adriana was incredibly helpful. She helped us book an amazing chef to come cook us a private meal, and organized transportation for every other activity our group did.

The house was perfect for my group of 12, to celebrate ny husband’s 50th! We were close to town, so we could take a golf cart to the stores, shops & restaurants, but far enough away to not hear the noise & have privacy! The concierge service was fabulous. Having Adriana help with the bookings of our excursions & any extras really put me at ease. It was the perfect vacation of rest & relaxation with activities. We also appreciated all the services provided from our housekeeper Carolin, who makes any amazing breakfast! Def will recommend StayinTamarindo to anyone planning a trip! Thank you!

Couldn't have gone better really - Housekeeper Carolina was AMAZING! Super kind, everyone had a great time. Very cozy. Really great and would definitely recommend, rooms were beautiful and house was clean. Housekeeper did an amazing job, very very responsive in emails, great to communicate with.

We had an incredible stay! The beds were ultra comfortable, the rooms were all so spacious with private bathrooms, and the pool was incredible! The guidebook provided has everything you need to know about the home and its amenities as well as excellent recommendations of activities and restaurants. Our host was super responsive and attentive. An overall 10/10 experience!

We had an excellent time staying in this beautiful home, in the hills of Tamarindo! The location was private and we felt safe. The location is close to all of the amenities and the hustle and bustle but because of the location you would never guess that you were 3 minutes from the city! The view was amazing and the pool was the perfect place to cool off.

Very beautiful modern home, rested within a gated community. Host was great and very responsive. 3 of the 4 rooms were very large with each room having its own shower which was nice. Beautiful pool and view.
The home is minutes away from the Tamarindo town/beach and grocery store but a car is definitely recommended as neighborhood the home is located in is pretty hilly. There is also Uber, but for some reason there is no UberX. So could be an issue if in a large group.
Overall a great home to stay in while visiting a charming and beautiful beach town.

If I could give this air bnb 10 stars I would, 8 of us stayed here comfortably. Pool was amazing, night swimming with the pool light was our fav part of coming come after restaurants. Also so nice for Morning swims over looking mountains, and pretty private. The community has gorgeous homes, we felt safe. Rented golf carts for our stay, it was so easy to take them into town for coffee, beach and dinner.
The absolute HIGHLIGHT of our vacation was booking the private catamaran “stay in Tamarindo” organized... DO NOT HESITATE TO BOOK. The private island was amazing, the drinks were delicious and the “light snacks” were a full meal!!! Freshest fruit, amazing chicken and mahi wraps, chips and dips. We loved taking in the sunset views on the way home.
A Couple town suggestions: Pico was delish for breakfast/lunch, and you have to go to Rita’s for breakfast and eat their banana bread (we bought loafs to bring back to air bnb everyday), and L’estanco lived up to the reviews for dinner!

7 of us stayed ( 3 toddlers and 4 adults), amazing house and amenities. We cooked almost all nights and some lunches, house had everything we needed and more, the grocer store was very close, technically can walk. If you are a runner like us you will get a great work out at ridiculous hills and enjoy the amazing views. The beaches were very close , short drive. Ton of good restaurants near by and lots of things to do.

Our group of 8 loved Tamarindo. Adriana was an amazing host and responded quickly to any and all needs we had! The view of the mountains never got old and the pool was great. Having a grocery store in the community also made life so easy. 10/10 trip

The stay at the villa amazing everything is exactly like it’s described in the description. Location was great as well it’s short maybe less then 6 min drive to everything beaches and downtown. The community where the villa is located has many steep hills so definitely recommend a golf cart or a rental car.
I definitely plan on staying at this villa again.

Our concierge, Adriana was amazing. She was helpful, responded quickly and has an answer for all our inquiries. The house was clean. The maids were so nice and we had everything we needed. I wish I could have stayed longer.

This house and the concierge service were amazing. The house had everything we needed during our stay and you can even drink the water!. It was spacious and the ensuite bathroom for every bedroom provided privacy when desired. The pool was PHENOMENAL! The selection of glassware, dishes, cooking utensils and cookware was outstanding. The gated community was gorgeous, very secure and conveniently located to grocery shopping and the beach. If you visit during busy season, be sure to book a rental car and/or a golf cart several months in advance. Adriana was incredibly helpful and responsive! She helped with transportation to and from the airport, provided expert recommendations for eating out, golf cart rentals and grocery shopping. We tried not bother her with tons of questions, but when we did have one, she responded very quickly. We would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent place just outside of town. Definitely requires a car or golf cart to get to and from. I would recommend going through Economy Rent A Car as the price was about half of what was recommended. Shuttle service from airport was great and price is essentially the same everywhere.
The house was perfect for our group of 7 adults, the was amazing and basics were well stocked.
Overall, it was quite an exceptional experience.
