We had an absolutely incredible stay at Tamarindo. The home itself was stunning, and honestly, the photos didn’t do it justice. It was even more spacious and comfortable in person, with beautifully appointed bedrooms and bathrooms that made it feel like a true luxury retreat. The pool area and cabana were perfect, especially for the kids. It quickly became one of our favorite places to relax and spend time together. The real highlight, though, was the staff. The two ladies on site were phenomenal. They were kind, attentive, and incredibly hardworking. The house was spotless at all times, the breakfasts were delicious every single day, and they handled everything from cleaning to laundry seamlessly. They truly elevated the entire experience. The location was also ideal, just a short drive to the beach, grocery stores, and everything we needed. Cris was wonderful to work with throughout. She was responsive, accommodating, and incredibly helpful, especially when we had to make last-minute changes to our plans. Her support made everything smooth and stress-free. Overall, this was a five-star experience from start to finish. Highly recommend.

We rented both houses for a 5 night stay for 9 couples. The accommodations were exactly as advertised. The view each night at sunset was incredible, too. We chose the Elite upgrade that included daily breakfast (except Sunday) and transportation to and from the airport and had no issues with such a large group. We hired private chefs to handle 4 of our meals during our stay and they were fantastic. I asked Cris to hire massages at the house and the next day she had 6 show up by 9am. Just a great experience all the way around. When we needed something at the house or any other services, they had it completed in a very short time. I would highly recommend this location and home as it was a truly great vacation experience with excellent service. Pura Vida!!

This place is stunning! Got a chance to stay at the Royal Estates which is made up of two villas, Palazzo Del Mar and Villa Royal for my wife's 40th with family and friends. The property and grounds are well taken care of. The online pictures are beautiful but it's one of the few places that I have been to where everything looks way better in person. The road is pretty steep leading up to the property but it is so worth it as you are perched up overlooking the ocean with a view I don't think anyone can describe. It's probably worth planning ahead with transportation, especially if you are part of a big group. Its not far from everything but transportation will help avoid the hill to and from. Cris was great and even helped setting up transportation in advance for the group. Marcie and the other house moms were awesome. They kept up with the house and prepared breakfast, drinks, and snacks daily. We felt safe walking around and the gated community made it feel even more secure. Chef Luis and Chef Juan did a fabulous job preparing us dinner at the house. If it was not for us wanting to try a few of the areas restaurants I would have had dinner at the house everyday! I am hoping to visit again at some point!

This was a beautiful home with an amazing view and great space for large groups. Cris, the concierge assigned to this house, was amazing. She went well above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing time. Her suggestions for dinner, excursions, etc. were all on point. She was super responsive which is a rare trait down there due to the laid back lifestyle. We have nothing negative to say. The vacation was perfect. Highly recommend this house (or a house that Cris takes care of).

To say our stay at Royal Estates was magical, is an understatement. We had a week stay blending both my husband's and my side of the family for our wedding week. The pictures of the house do not do it justice. The place is huge, pristine, and has the best views in the area. Cris, our concierge, was available whenever we needed her or had a question. She helped us arrange all transportation and checked in throughout the trip to make sure everything was meeting our expectations. The house staff, were beyond amazing keeping the place clean, preparing delicious breakfasts, snacks, and drinks; and keeping the grounds/pool beautiful. We felt taken care of and spoiled the entire week. I can easily say this was a vacation of a lifetime. It was the perfect place to spend time with family and host our wedding! I cannot recommend Stay in Tamarindo and Royal Estates enough! We had an amazing time at Royal Estates for our 40th birthday! Wendy, Marceneth, and Cesar were fantastic and took such great care of us and the house! Cristina was such a help coordinating all our activities and made it easy to relax once we arrived! The stay was wonderful. Diego and Cris took very good care of us. There suggestions for excursions and restaurants were amazing. The houses we stayed in were unbelievable. The ladies who cleaned and cooked for us were all so good. Breakfast was delicious every morning and the houses were always kept immaculate. Everyone on the trip had a blast. Thank you all so much.
