We highly recommend staying at this home. Adriana was a wonderful host, very helpful and responded quickly to our questions. Our housekeeper as well kept everything clean and made breakfast every morning making our stay so easy and relax. We are planning our next vacation back, thank you for a great experience.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at the house over the holidays. The grounds are overall very quiet and lush. The pool area is a dream. Three monkeys usually visit in the afternoon . All the rooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware. Patricia was so sweet and made us the best breakfasts every morning, would handle laundry and made sure the house was spotless everyday. Adriana was very attentive and responsive and helped us prepare for our arrival and answer questions throughout the trip. The house location is great as it is a 10 min walk to town, but you can escape the bustle when you want. I would recommend a golf cart. Even to just take it down the hill and park it and then walk about town. Walking the road home at night can be a little dark or after a long day or with groceries, can seem longer than it is. Would love to return to this house someday! Highly recommended.

We loved our week at this lovely home! The layout of the house was perfect for our family of 5 with kids in their early 20’s. If we had young kids I would have not have liked the kids being in a different casita. There are essentially 3 separate homes so there was plenty of privacy and room for people to spread out. Patricia was really great, she was so kind and gracious in preparing breakfast, snacks, drinks, etc for us every day. It was indulgent to have her helping us daily. And Adriana helped with booking some of the activities we did which was helpful. It seemed as if what she booked was a notch above what you could book on your own. The house itself is well equipped, especially the kitchen which had every gadget we needed throughout our stay. Being in a gated community with security was a bonus for us. I felt very safe at the house. My only suggest for the home would be robes in every room for guest use. And perhaps some of the TV’s being updated. Some are newer than others and the older ones didn’t allow us to log into our own streaming services to watch. So depending on which bedroom you choose watching tv may not be an option. The gardeners and pool guy did come twice thru out the week. We didn’t mind this but just know that they do blow and are by the pool area maintaining things for 30 min or so each time. Also there is a ton of new construction in the neighborhood. Occasionally you can hear construction noise but again this was not bothersome to us as it was minor when we could hear it. Overall loved the house and would absolutely go back and recommend to others.

Our stay at this beautiful Casa Quebracho was perfect and Adriana and Melany made our stay even more comfortable, they were the best! The villa was spacious, bright, and well intentionally cared for and the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. Although our group filled the space we still had plenty of space to spread out and come together.
A huge thank you to Adriana who helped us afterhours. Her response was incredibly quick and friendly, putting us at ease and solving our issue. Melany was very friendly, made plenty of pina colodas, made our stay very comfortable. "thank you both"!
It was a short walk to Tamarindo, and to the beach, restaurants, shopping, small grocery store, and choices of activities. We felt safe and confortable.
I will absolutely book this villa again. Book it!

The property was more beautiful than in the pictures. It is a great Airbnb for large groups as well. Everyone has lots of room and all of the furniture is extremely comfortable! I have stayed in Tamarindo park previously and really love the area. It is safe and close to town! 10/10 would recommend!!

We enjoyed 4 nights at this beautiful home in Tamarindo. The home is even more impressive in person than in the photos, the house itself as well as the garden & pool are stunning. We loved having the pool for downtime to lounge around and to be able to jump in to cool off. The house is kept pristinely clean and kitchen is equipped with everything you could need to prepare a meal. Overall, this felt like staying at a private 5 star resort!

We loved our stay! The place was beautiful and the casita was perfect for the kids. We traveled down with another family, so we were 4 adults and 3 kids. The chef and housekeeper that came with the house was amazing!! She made us breakfast every morning, cleaned, did laundry and made us snacks. You can technically walk to nearby restaurants and coffee shops, which we did a couple of the days. It’s a gravel road right now though and there is a bit of construction in the area. Our favorites were Playa Longosta beach (must quieter snd secluded), Pico and Zolu Taco Bar. Also took a Pilates class a couple mornings at O Pilates, which I’d recommend too!

Everything was as it is on the AirBnB App. House and backyard, pool area was amazing. We had (9) adults, and it was great with the separation of the (3) villas. Housekeepers couldn't have kept it cleaner, there partially every day. Could walk to beach or town, but chose to drive cars, or gold cart.

We just returned from the vacation of a lifetime and our experience in this home was certainly a highlight. It was so nice to wake up to a clean house and breakfast ready. Adriana provided great customer service and very helpful in any questions we had. She helped us book a private catamaran, surfing lessons, and massages. Tamarindo Park, Casabrancho is the house to book for a trip into Tamarindo. The house is well maintained. This home is well equipped to provide a comfortable experience. The additional services with the house-maker was an added plus.

The house was beautiful inside and out. Everything was as pictured/described. To be clear there are 3 separate houses with two bedrooms being in the main house with the kitchen/living area, two bedrooms being poolside with a kitchenette and the 5th bedroom being above the driveway. All of the rooms are identical. Adriana was very responsive and helpful when it came to booking excursions, any issues that arose (grill was out of propane, it was refilled immediately the next morning) and overall a great host. The groundskeepers did enter the property (outside) but they were barely noticed. The neighborhood was extremely quiet. Do note that the neighborhood is off of a dirt road that is extremely dark at night. We rented a golf cart to get around during our stay, the lights on the cart were enough. The house is also located close to grocery stores, nightlife and many restaurants/bars.

We loved our time in Costa Rica. The villa was the perfect layout for our group of 10 (2 families, children are young adults). This home was amazing! New, modern with a great pool. Star gazing from the lounge chairs by the pool was a dream. Downtown was close to all restaurants, shops and the beach. Adriana was a wonderful host and we will definitely be back.

The house was amazing. You get three different buildings. Clean. I was surprised that it looks even better than the pictures if you could inagine that.
Pro tips: 1) rent a golf cart. the road from the neighborhood to everything is bumpy and not well-lit at night. 2) Someone will be in the main house in the morning unannounced! unless you ask the host not to. It was a bit unsettling for us but maybe you will want it. But fair warning.
Would def stay again. Easily one of the nicest properties on Airbnb

Regarding someone entering the house, as advertised.. the house has a extra service of breakfast preparation, meaning someone from our staff goes in the morning to make you breakfast. This information is displayed in the listing, the house guidebook and even in a printed version display in the kitchen, explaining the service and Patricia's schedule. It is unfortunate that you didn't see any of that information so you felt that way. I assure you the information is there :) Most of our guests are delighted with the service and happy to have someone cooking breakfast for them in the morning.

This place is absolutely worth it. We had a group of 9 and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was immaculate and the pictures, while amazing, just don’t do this place justice. The location was great, close to town but also pretty private. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to town, so you can definitely walk if that is your thing, but renting a golf cart is recommended. We walked and drove depending on what we were planning to do. Everything is pretty easy to get to and once you are in town, walking everywhere is very easy. Tamarindo is a beautiful beach town with a lot to do!
As for the house, we couldn’t say enough good things about it. And the star of the show was Patricia!!! She was absolutely amazing! Everything she made for us was so delicious and fresh. She was the best! So sweet and kind and really made our stay enjoyable!
Added bonus, there is a family of monkeys that lives around the house and graced us with their presence one day.
Overall a great house!

Our family had an amazing stay at this Tamarindo property. The location offered both convenience and privacy. The house was impeccably clean and spacious. The pool area was a highlight. Adriana, the host, was responsive and quickly resolved any issues. The diligent housekeeper was a bonus. We unanimously agreed that if we return to Tamarindo, this is where we'll stay. Highly recommended for a fantastic and comfortable experience.

This is a beautiful property with comfortable spaces and beds. The pool was fantastic. When issues arose we had very quick responses (check propane before cooking). The location is not far from the town centre by golf cart but is a subdivision. Given the lack of blue flag at Tamarindo we never used that beach so the proximity was less important. The daily housekeeping and breakfast is wonderful. We appreciated the help booking a sailing tour.
