LOCATION

Palazzo del Mar is located in the exclusive El Tesoro gated community, across from the beachfront Pangas Beach Club. Just minutes from Tamarindo and Langosta Beach, you're close to a variety of restaurants like Nogi’s and El Chiringuito, cafes such as Nordico, and local shops. Nearby, you'll also find supermarkets, surf shops, and essential services.

This home on the hilltop is surrounded by the flora and fauna of Guanacaste’s tropical dry forest. It overlooks the Las Baulas National Park which is the nesting ground of the endangered Leatherback sea turtle.

We had a wonderful time. The view was spectacular and the staff were amazing. Highly recommend this for families and friends. Cris helped with all of our activities, Marceneth was gem as the House Manager, and Cesar saved our daughter's phone when the charger broke off inside.

The house, Palazzo Del Mar is pretty, well maintained, clean, and offers fantastic views of Tamarindo, its beaches and the estuary. 4 of the bedrooms have amazing views, and 2 of them have partial views. Every bedroom has outdoor space & private bathroom. The house is maintained by a staff of two; a housekeeper and a groundskeeper. Stay Tamarindo is their management company, and they serve as a concierge service helping to coordinate cars, butler, yoga, surf, massages, chefs, etc. The house can be run like a five star hotel, or laid back without the extra services if you prefer. We took advantage of everything Stay Tamarindo had to offer, and our group of 7 friends had a fantastic visit.
The house sits on the hill in a gated community with paved roads. The hill is steep but most can walk it — it’s like hiking but paved. Walking to beach is about 5 minutes. You cross one main double lane road and there’s the beach. Only downside is lite car noise at night from primary. Great house!

House is perched up on the hill but you can call a car or walk easily to restaurants near by. It will be hard for seniors to walk up, but we had no problems. House has the most beautiful view of the ocean and pool is amazing. But the house staff were the highlight. They were extremely nice and responsive to your needs.

Our stay at Palazzo Del Mar was nothing short of a dream! The home Was immaculate and beautiful, the location was safe and peaceful, the views stunning … we cannot say enough about it. We would go into town and come back breathing a sigh of relief at such a peaceful perch. The services offered and provided by Cristina and Marci and Caesar … we were spoiled all week and will have a hard time staying anywhere but here next time we visit Tamarindo! This was our second time here and it superseded our first visit and our expectations! We hope you’ll have us again in the future- we must share this place with more of our family! Feliz Navidad from the Everett/Mirra family!
