First Class experience and Fernanda, our house mother treated us like kings and queens. The proximity to exceptional restaurants enhanced our stay. Downtown Tamarindo is within walking distance with all the fun and excitement, however this space is tucked away to provide peace and a true zen experience. A wonderful experience

This incredible house was perfect for our family and their significant others. There were 8 of us in total and we had plenty of space to spread out and relax. Fernanda was our housekeeper and she is truly outstanding. She made us a wonderful breakfast every morning and it would be ready as soon as we got back from our daily walk. She does everything to make sure that all you have to do is relax and enjoy your day. She cleaned our rooms, did our laundry and she made us fresh guacamole, cheese quesadillas and margaritas almost everyday. There is a grocery store right across the street which we pretty much went to every day to pick up food items and bottles of water. Bring bug spray (you will need it), but if you forget like we did you will be able to buy it there. Adriana our concierge arranged our airport transportation, told us where we could set up golf tee times and gave us the information on where to rent a golf cart for the week. She answered all of our questions and responded to us right away whenever we reached out. The beach is so close to walk to along with a handful of restaurants that are a super easy walk. In the town of Tamarindo there are tons of restaurants and shops and is not too far to walk, maybe 15-20 minute walk, we did it every day but at night we took the golf cart to dinner.Our family agreed this was our favorite family vacation that we have taken so far. We loved Costa Rica!

La maison était tout simplement parfaite. Tout y est! Endroit tranquille, tout près de la plage de Langosta, à quelques minutes de marche du centre ville de Tamarindo!
Fernanda a été plus que parfaite! Elle s’est tellement bien intégré à nos deux familles. Nous avons été aux petits soins avec elle.
Adriana a été exceptionnelle. Elle s’est assuré régulièrement que nous passions des beaux moments, elle répondait extrêmement rapidement, toujours disponible, excellentes suggestions, bref tout pour se sentir bien et chez soi.
Nous avons fait venir un chef à la maison pour célébrer l’anniversaire de ma femme et le chef Danner (suggestion d’Adriana) et son équipe ont été fantastiques. Quelle superbe moment. Nous allons assurément revenir au Costa Rica et la première personne que nous allons contacter sera Adriana afin de trouver notre maison à louer, parfaite pour nous et nos enfants.

Best of all Fernanda (dedicated housekeeper) went above and beyond, made us feel right at home. She is also a great cook and very professional. I encourage you to try the Costa Rican breakfast because it’s sooo good.

The beach is super close by, the house is amazing in a beautiful property with plenty of amenities and it was well worth it. The house is really amazing! Our family loved everything about it and can't say enough great things about Fernanda who cleaned and cooked for us daily. We did try to get help from our concierge contact a couple times with no response so that was the only negative we have for the stay. Otherwise I highly recommend this for a family trip!

Beautiful house - looks just like photos. Very serene. Nice pool area, great communal spaces. Easy to accommodate a lot of people. We didn’t have a car or golf cart and were able to get around easily. Short walk to the ocean. Handy small grocery store across the street.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. All of the little things were thought of which made the stay very pleasant. The decor of the home was absolutely stunning. The open air concept was my favorite part of the house. We had daily visits from the howler monkeys which was very cool. Fernanda the house keeper came daily and was very kind and and personable to my family. There is a small market next to the house that was convenient for drinks and small items. 100% Would stay again if in the area.

Absolutely incredible house in Costa Rica. It's a beautiful place to spend time with friends and family. Plenty of space for 7 of us and the pool was amazing. Easy walk to the beach!! Adriana is awesome and communicates with you the whole time to make sure all is well. Provides great recommendations for any and all activities. Highly recommend the private chef she recommend for amazing meals with plenty of food and even a personal birthday cake! I cannot recommend Soul House enough! Can't wait to go back.

Our stay as a family of 10 at Soul House was as memorable as it gets! Each couple/family had their own private space and bathroom. The AC worked well and the beds were very comfortable. I personally enjoyed the zen outdoor shower in the master. Adriana was very helpful when organizing transportation, excursions, and so on. Fernanda, the housekeeper and (EXCELLENT) breakfast chef, was a highlight of our week. We spent so much time in the well-kept pool, as the days were hot and humid. I highly recommend renting golf carts to get to town as it is not walkable. We enjoyed dinners at Pangas and La Oveja Surf House and smoothies from Sara's in Tamarindo. Would recommend this stay!

There aren’t enough stars to give Soul House an accurate rating….it’s 10 out of 5!
The place itself is stunning, perfectly situated away from the chaos of the town center while still walkable to the beach, restaurants, and shopping.
Adriana helped us in booking excursions, Private chef Danner and his crew were worth every penny for sensational tastes of Costa Rica, and the in-house housekeeping and breakfast/snack/bar services exceeded our expectations.
Fernanda was a welcome addition to our week away adding even more relaxation in caring for our family. The grocery store next door made it convenient to stock up on groceries each day.
We loved it and hope to come back!

Walkable to Tamarindo (< mile) and all its restaurants and activities and to a few local restaurants and a small market next door. A few minutes walk to the beach, which you can also use for the walk into Tamarindo. Felt very safe and peaceful. Aside from locals gathered outside the market across the street after work on the weekend, it was just the sound of occasional monkeys and birds, quite blissful.

We had an exceptional stay at The Soul House! The house was a little piece of paradise and perfect for out group of 8! The location was great as well. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute golf cart ride into Tamarindo. There were other great places close by to grab a drink or a bite to eat. Our housekeeper was delightful and cooked us a fabulous Costa Rican breakfast. We even got a little show from the Howler monkeys in the trees right behind the house. We highly recommend staying the Soul House, you won't regret it!

We had an amazing time Casa Soul start to finish! Adriana was a great help setting up transportation and activities. She made our first trip to CR stress free! The house is on a quiet street in Playa Langosta... The perfect spot. You can easily walk into Tamarindo or take a quick ride in a car/taxi. They also have electric scooters all over the place you can hop on/hop off. There's so much to do in town but it was nice to get back to the house and relax. The beautiful beach is just around the corner. There's a market about 20 steps from the front door which was super convenient. They have a good selection food, alcohol and necessities. Staying here you also have 3 of the best restaurants we tried. The Surf Club Bar was a great place to hang and get some food. Bistro Langosta was great for brunch! The house was super clean and comfortable. I can't say enough about how perfect the pool and lounge areas were on the hot days! Fernanda was such pleasure to have. She makes the BEST food !!!

This was a wonderful home to spend a week in with another couple of family friends and a few small children.
A few steps from Playa Langosta which is a very pretty but rocky beach. From Playa Lagosta you can walk down to Pacifico Beach (by the Occidental hotel) where there is lots of surfing and sandy entrance. Langosta has a few restaurants and there is a corner market right by the house with some essentials. For real grocery runs you need to head into Tamarindo. I highly recommend renting a golf cart (Stay in Tamarindo can connect you with a vendor).
The home - gorgeous! There is a water shortage in the area due to all of the tourism. Important to be conservative with water but also note they have reserve tanks at the house so you don't go without.
Amenities - Fernanda takes excellent care of you and the home and makes great drinks and breakfasts! She is a gem. Stay in Tamardino will book activities for you - amazing Concierge service!

One of my favorite Airbnb experiences of all time!! I was so impressed with the level of service— Diego was instrumental in making us feel at home and helped us with last minute travel logistics and planning incredible excursions with our group. The house was stunning and exceeded my expectations (which were already high based on reviews and photos of the house). Couldn’t recommend enough. We had a cleaner come in daily, and had a chef crew prepare a delicious dinner for one of the evenings. We had the privacy of a home, but the service, attention, and care of a five-star hotel.

Exceptional is the word that best describes Soul House. It's as lovely as pictured and the layout worked well for our multigenerational family of six. The house is thoughtfully designed, tastefully furnished and beautifully landscaped. The concierge, Diego, was most helpful! He arranged airport transportation, golf cart rentals and several excursions. With his input, we successfully balanced those excursions with time to enjoy the house and pool. Diego promptly responded to questions and kept us informed when there was a brief power outage in the area. Our housekeeper, Ana, prepared wonderful breakfasts and unobtrusively kept the house neat and tidy which made for a true vacation. Playa Langosta was a short walk from the house and its Beach Club was nice for drinks at sunset. We enjoyed meals at Cala Luna, Fish and Cheeses and the pizza place around the corner. Having two golf carts gave us flexibility and were all we needed during our stay. We highly recommend Soul House for a memorable Costa Rican experience!

Happy with my decision to choose the Sole House among other amazing options. More than enough space for two families (8 people). Thoughtful design creates a relaxing atmosphere. It was nice to spend some time in the house; however, there was a lot to do - beautiful beaches, surfing, restaurant, etc. The location is great - a small grocery store where you can buy everything you need is next door, and our favorite restaurant/bar with darts/ping pongs, and other games is 3 mins walk. Our housekeeper made our stay a real vacation - her breakfasts are amazing, and the house is always crystal clean.

This was by far, the most wonderful and peaceful space we’ve ever stayed at. The outside is unassuming but when you open that front door… it’s paradise! There is nothing that has been overlooked. The flow of the home was perfect for our family of 5 and the separate apartment upstairs allowed for a private stay for a couple of lovebirds.
The pool and firepit in the evening was perfect for floating on beanbags, watching stars, and sipping sangria. The master shower being outside was a crazy luxury and the amenities smelled so yummy! We snoozed in the hammocks, & laid on lounge chairs while reading the Costa Rica guidebooks they provided while trying to spot the iguanas in the trees above.
Our house mom, Fernanda, absolutely made our stay! She made breakfast every morning that was out of this world! Diego was amazing as well, answering ALL of my little questions and helping us book a catamaran trip for my son’s 21st birthday. I already miss that Pura Vida feeling.

We were two couples and had a wonderful stay.
The house has an awesome location. Super private and quiet location, a 1min walk to the beach, next door to a mini market and a 5min drive to bustling Tamarindo.
The house has an amazing design with balinese touches everywhere and the landscaping is beautiful.
There is a little apartment in the second floor which is great if you are a large group and a couple wishes to have a little more privacy. the rooms are all spacious and comfy with AC.
The host was great, just slow to respond at times.
There are a bunch of codes for different doors which were all switched in the guide, so if you are having trouble getting into the place try all the codes haha

Soul House was truly zen. We loved design, furnishings, pool, outdoor shower in the master bedroom. The house felt safe and protected from the outside world. We enjoyed Fernanda. She was an excellent cook, very helpful with laundry and cleaning. Communicating was easy thanks to the translating app.
Our concierge Diego helped us book activities and a private chef.
I highly recommend staying in Soul House.
It is nothing short of a resort!

Our stay at casa Soul was great! It was a short 5 min cart ride into Tamarindo but far enough away that you couldn’t hear the hustle and bustle. I would HIGHLY recommend renting a golf cart! Made life so much easier.
About 250 yards from the house is a public beach entrance where you can see amazing sunsets! We took our golf cart because the road wasn’t great for walking (bumpy, Rocky, uneven) but it literally took us 1.5 minutes to get there.
This beach was great for sunsets but I would recommend going to Langosta beach club just down the road for beach activities! It cost $50 per person and it’s WELL WORTH IT!
The house itself is amazing! Really fun open air concept! Fernanda is AMAZING! She cooked us breakfast every morning and lunch on some days. She also cleaned and did laundry! Pure paradise!
Diego was good! He is slow to respond at times but he helped us hire a private chef for a dinner which was AMAZING!
5 stars! Great location, service, and overall experience! ??????????

6 people visiting from Boston. Jan 25 for 5 days.
It’s hard to know where to start with this - truly 10/10 from start to finish.
Diego was our contact before and during the trip. He was super responsive and helpful. He organized a golf cart to be delivered for our arrival. I recommend getting a cart. It’s a pleasant drive into town, less than 10 mins. The town is awesome. Full of bars and shops and places to eat so even though the house is spectacular pull yourself away and enjoy the little town too. Everyone one gathers at the beach in the evenings to watch the sunset and it’s an awesome way to be part of a large community event.
The house has all the amenities. Security system. Pool. Gardens. Fire pit. It was the best house any of us have stayed at so far. Super modern and ofcourse the best part of it all is the lovely Fernanda who comes to make breakfast and makes the beds etc
There is a bar, a restaurant and supermarket within a 2 min walk of the home.

This was truly one of the most magnificent properties and best AirBnB experiences I’ve had! Not only was the house gorgeous and so thoughtfully decorated, but our AirBnB coordinator, Diego, answered all our questions, made the best suggestions for the most perfectly curated experiences and helped us take advantage of the natural richness and beauty of the location. This house is great for families and groups and is so thoughtfully laid out, from the plentiful outlets to the perfectly placed mirrors and gorgeous kitchen. There were great restaurants in town with fresh fruit for morning smoothies and amazing seafood for hearty lunches and dinners. We did some of the excursions Diego recommended including a challenging hike and an unforgettable catamaran tour. We rented golf carts, which were incredibly helpful to get around and very fun to drive. Everyone we interacted with was kind and very helpful. Diego really made this the most special trip! Highly recommend

The architecture and furnishing truly felt like Costa Rica. The rooms are amazing and so spacious. The kids loved the bunkroom, and the grandparents enjoyed the casita. The house truly is designed to be open living. Most of our time was spent enjoying the hammocks, pool and outdoor shower. Our family has rented multiple beach houses of similar size and it is evident that this house receives routine maintenance. Everything functions flawlessly. Fernanda was great. She kept the house clean and cooked multiple delicious breakfasts. Diego was super helpful months before our trip and while we were there as well. Organizing transportation to/from airport, excursions and in home massages. We loved the location. Short walk to langosta beach, a small neighborhood supermarket across the street and a quick golf cart ride to the heart of Tamarindo. Soul house did not disappoint! We will be back!

Short walk to langosta beach, a small neighborhood supermarket across the street and a quick golf cart ride to the heart of Tamarindo. Soul house did not disappoint! We will be back!

I stayed here to celebrate my 40th birthday with a large group of friends (10 people total). It was perfect. The space was immaculate, spacious, and more beautiful than the photos. Fernanda was amazing. Her breakfast was incredible. And Diego was very helpful when it came to help us book transportation and activities. You won't be disappointed if you stay at Sol House.

Where do I even start. Soul House from the beginning has been a 5 star experience. Our concierge Diego is absolutely incredible, helped me through every detail of planning my trip, from grocery delivery, excursion booking, recommendations of hot spots, house decor, booking transportation to and from the airport, everything. For someone who likes to meticulously plan everything before I get there I couldn't be more pleased with it all. And then we got to the house and it got even better. The house is beautiful, artful, a zen house. So much space, perfect kitchen, an oasis. The AC kept us cool in the September heat. We took advantage of every chance to jump in the pool between trips back from Tamarindo. Diego helped us book our golf cart which was delivered to the house. He recommend renting one because Playa Langosta is too far to walk back home from the restaurants and bars in Tamarindo. Fernanda our house mom cooked us the most delicious breakfast and the pina coladas. Wow, just wow. I used pangas to order our groceries, it was convenient because they stocked everything before we got there. We went to La Leona waterfall with our tour guide Eddy who was so great, I definitely recommend that tour, the water is a special kind of blue and you get dropped off in time to make it out to dinner. Thank you for making our dream Costa Rica adventure come true. We will be back Soul House.

Such an incredible property! Pictures are accurate and the space is incredible for a large group. The open air concept is so dreamy.
Fernanda, our house mom, kept the place sparkling clean and cooked us the most wonderful breakfasts. Diego helped organize everything to the last detail, even making a last minute change for us when a member of our group came a day later.

Amazing house! Traveled to Costa Rica with a group of travel nurses and this experience was so fun and easy. DIEGO is amazing!! So so helpful. If you need recommendations, reservations, taxis anything while you’re visiting, he can help you and is very thorough. Talk with him. He helped book all our excursions before we got there. The house is beautiful, the beds are comfortable, so spacious. And the house mother made us a delicious breakfast while there. Highly recommend this location.

The house is absolutely beautiful with amazing attention to detail. It's like staying at your own private 5 star resort. Concierge service took such great care of us from airport transport to excursions and offered amazing suggestions of things to do and places to eat in the area. Our house mom Fernanda made us delicious breakfast and probably the best Pina Colada I've had! The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. The outside shower in the master suite was amazing. The main living space has an awesome indoor/outdoor layout which was perfect for hanging out with a large group. We wish we could have stayed longer. I would definitely love to come back. Also your steps away from a small grocery store and the beach. It's a super convenient location in playa langosta. You wont be disappointed.

This house was AMAZING. The pool is fantastic, beds are comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked. This is paradise. We rented golf carts to get into town in a few minutes. I cannot recommend this place enough.

We also had our very own house mother Fernanda who prepared our breakfast every morning and kept the property very clean. Its easy to get sucked in to where you never want to leave this beautiful home yet there is so much Tamarindo has to offer. The night life is not far at all and is buzzing with great food, good music and sunsets that will take your breath away. Diego our concierge was also very responsive and accomodating. Can help you arrange just about any and everything your heart desires. For one of the MANY things he did was arranged several massage therapist to come and pamper our wives at the property while we took the kids to the beach which is also a very short walk away. The Soul House is a experience is in a league all of its own as we cant wait to go back. I would leave a 10 star rating if I could and HIGHLY recommend the SOUL HOUSE you wont be disappointed. This villa is amazing, exactly as is reflected on VRBO. The zen theme is beautifully displayed all throughout the villa. The villa was more than enough for me and my 5 friends. The pool was inviting, my favorite part of the villa was the outdoor shower. It was an enjoyable way to have a shower. Fernanda the lady who cleaned and cooked was friendly and she was very flexible with preparing meals. I would recommend this villa for anyone to stay, it made us feel like staying home just to enjoy all the amenities in the house..

I had the most amazing time during my stay at the Soul House. The concierge services was superb and helped me organize everything I needed for my stay. Cristina and Adrianna I cannot thank you enough! The house is gorgeous! My guest and I were beyond impressed. The pictures do it no justice. Night life is literally 8-10 min walk to Tamarindo. It is a supermarket is across the street but the one in Tamarindo was better equipped. It’s also a small restaurant directly next door. Unfortunately we were not able to indulge. We also never had a chance to meet the house nanny lol. We left out every morning for excursions but we knew she was there. The house was clean and laundry done every night when we got back. I will definitely be returning when ever in Costa Rica

This house was the perfect spot: one block from an amazing beach, a short drive/walk to excellent restaurants and coffee shops, and the house itself is absolutely amazing.
