Casa Florecer is an exceptional property and an absolute pleasure to stay in. The home is beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need. Ana delivered outstanding service, and waking up to a delicious breakfast each morning made with fresh local ingredients was a true luxury—her guacamole deserves a special mention. Adriana was equally wonderful, providing invaluable support with planning from the moment we booked through Stay in Tamarindo. The entire experience was seamless, relaxing, and unforgettable.

This place was perfect for our extended family's (10 adults and 5 kids) stay. The home was beautiful and the outdoor space with pool was perfect. The in-home housekeeper was, Ana, was excellent and the host's recommendations for local services exceeded expectations. One minor draw back was the extensive construction adjacent to the property (extra noise while outside and some issues that were resolved by the host), but I would still highly recommend this home.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for vacation. We had three families for a total of 15people and it was perfect. There was plenty to do at the home and was within walking distance to town and the beaches. Staff was amazing especially Anna who kept the home spotless, washed and folded our clothes and cooked a great bfast every morning. Adriana the host was so responsive to every need. The town and neighborhood ran out of water which can be common, but she sent a private water truck to help replenish the tanks. Overall would recommend this home and we already are planning our next trip back

Incredible property and experience. I hosted my Bachelorette with 9 girls here and felt so safe. Our concierge Adriana helped me coordinate all of our activities and transportation seamlessly. We even had an in house chef, Ana that cooked for us and cleaned up while we were out exploring. 10/10 experience and already wish we could go back!

This was an unbelievable 5 star experience. The house was gorgeous beyond belief and close enough to walk to town, but also so easy to get an uber. Our host, Adriana, helped us with every aspect of our trip and itinerary and took care of all our activity bookings, transportation, recommendations and itinerary. She was truly amazing. Ana our housekeeper/cook was incredible and made the house spotless and also cooked us amazing breakfast and snacks daily. Her guac was u real. Would recommend this house and experience to anyone it was amazing and we felt spoiled the entire trip.

We had an amazing stay with our family for the week. Despite the forecast for rain, we had plenty of sunshine and pool time. Ana was great, makes amazing breakfast, and we are going home with zero dirty clothes!!! Adriana was wonderful too, got us all set up with multiple excursions.

We had a great time staying here and it was perfect for my family! Adriana was a very responsive host and reached out to us in the days leading up to our trip and offered recommendations for activities to do and helped us book transportation to and from the airport. Ana was a wonderful housekeeper, and the breakfast every morning was delicious. The house was beautiful and my two young daughters loved the pool in the backyard. We loved our time here!

Don't hesitate to book! Absolutely phenomenal house in a great location walking distance to the beach and downtown Tamarindo. Clean and well kept. Adriana was great to deal with and helped with all of our early booking questions and then additional help with later questions as we approached our stay. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Great place, just like the photos. Perfect for families. There is one room in the front — the villa — it’s very private for someone who one’s privacy— when larger family gathers. We loved it.
The room service was awesome— breakfast in the mornings, snacks in the afternoon, clothes washed and folded every morning— took such a load off!
I recommend a car or golf cart to get to and from town— which is a five minute drive down the hill.
Def recommend.

This was an absolutely beautiful home perfect for our all-adult family gathering! The amenities were wonderful. For the first time on a family trip, we spent more time in and around the home rather than being out on activities. It was extremely relaxing. The customer service we received from Adriana and the in house staff were top notch and made our stay so special.

Ana, our housekeeper, kept the place spotless and had a nourishing breakfast for us every morning. Our last day we just took advantage of the beautiful property and hung out by the pool all day. I highly recommend this spot.

We (12 of us) recently stayed at an Airbnb, ​​Casa Florecer in Tamarindo and had an absolutely incredible experience. The home was located in a beautiful, gated community with 24/7 security, which gave us an added sense of safety and peace of mind throughout our stay. One of the biggest highlights was Ana, the amazing woman who cleaned and prepared meals for us daily. Waking up each morning to a spotless house and fresh meals ready to go made the entire stay feel luxurious and relaxing. Ana truly went above and beyond — her attention to detail and warm presence made a lasting impression. Included daily were ground crews that kept the property beautifully maintained, along with regular pool maintenance that ensured everything stayed in perfect condition throughout our stay. We had two rental vehicles — an SUV and a truck — and had no issues with parking or security. The AirBNB parking included a secured gated area that easily accommodated both of our vehicles. We were also able to store our surfboards in the parking gated area. The community was very accommodating, and having our own transportation made it easy to explore Tamarindo and the surrounding areas at our own pace. Ubers were also available and convenient when we didn’t feel like driving. The location of the home was perfect. Just down the hill was the Jardín Tamarindo Food Truck Park, which quickly became one of our favorite spots. It offered a fantastic variety of food and drinks, all within walking distance and just steps from the beach. The proximity to both great dining and the ocean made this an ideal spot for a relaxing vacation. There was also a local supermarket just around the corner from the AirBnB. The property itself was spotless and well-maintained. There were 12 adults in our group, including couples, and the accommodations were perfect for a large group. The number of rooms and suites made it easy for everyone to have their own space, and the suites were new and well-equipped — including fully functioning amenities like a washer and dryer. The spacious kitchen made cooking and gathering easy, and there was a large dining table that comfortably seated all 12 of us for shared meals. Outside, the area near the pool featured a pristine BBQ pit that we used several times while enjoying the warm weather and relaxing vibe. The pool itself was in pristine condition and ideal for cooling off during the day. The weather during our stay was absolutely perfect — warm, sunny, and everything you'd hope for in a tropical getaway. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb if you're looking for a peaceful, secure, and comfortable stay in Tamarindo. It’s especially ideal for families or large groups looking for convenience, relaxation, and a touch of luxury. We left feeling refreshed and very well taken care of! Casa Florecer is a must if you're visiting the Tamarindo area with your family!

We recently stayed at Casa Florecer in Tamarindo with a group of 12 and had an unforgettable experience. The home is in a gated community with 24/7 security, offering peace of mind. Our group had a fabulous stay here! Adriana was super helpful and responsive. The house location was amazing and just a few minutes away from the beach. Golf carts are convenient to go around town or just a quick visit to the supermarket. Highly recommend for an unforgettable vacation.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Casa Florecer. The house was stunning, well-equipped, and perfect for our large group. Everything we needed was right there, and the space was both comfortable and beautiful.
A huge thank you to Adriana for organizing incredible excursions—our waterfall hike, ziplining adventure, and boat day with snorkeling were some of the best moments of our trip! And we can’t say enough about Ana’s delicious breakfasts; they were the perfect way to start each day.

Mon expérience Airbnb avec Stay in Tamarindo a été tout simplement impeccable, digne d’une note de 5 étoiles! Tout était conforme à la description, voire mieux. Un point important à souligner : le service inclut une conciergerie sur place, disponible de 8 h à 16 h, pour préparer les repas et faire le ménage. Cela a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable et sans stress.
Un immense merci à Adriana, notre hôte, qui a été incroyablement gentille et proactive. Son attention aux détails et son dévouement ont vraiment fait la différence. Je recommande vivement cette expérience à tous ceux qui recherchent des vacances sans soucis dans un cadre exceptionnel.
