Looking for Great Tamarindo Meeting Space? Try Pangas!

Located at the northern end of Tamarindo and cozied up to the estuary, the beachfront Pangas Beach Club frames a picture-perfect Tamarindo meeting space: timelessly elegant and yet also beach-casual, and serving up some of the freshest-from-the-sea gourmet dishes. All told, it's no surprise that Pangas is a perennial favorite for group meetings, corporate events, and all those other business-casual moments more suited to putting your feet up, than buttoning up. Yes, obviously, we love it here.

Why Choose Pangas?

To us, a great Tamarindo meeting venue offers a beautiful location, an excellent (and varied) menu, a flexible meeting space, and professional event staff. Pangas ticks all the boxes. So, let's go through them, starting with a beautiful location: Located beachfront, opening onto soft sand and lovely Pacific sunsets, Pangas offers that perfect blend of central and tranquil: at the northern end of Tamarindo and yet quiet enough that the only thing you'll have to speak over, are the crashing waves. Beyond this ideal location, Pangas also offers incredible food – think: pineapple-chili glazed chicken wings, volcanic rock-seared prime beef, lobster risotto, wahoo carpaccio, and curry-and-coconut mussels – and flexible meeting menus that adapt to your budget. But, of course, a great location and excellent menu are nothing, if a meeting space doesn't meet your needs. And that's something else we love about Pangas: the restaurant offers two levels and a sandy beach full of seating – wherever you want, and however you prefer your seating. And, to top it off, Pangas staff is professionalfriendly, and meticulous. In other words, this is everything you need to plan and host an impeccable meeting.

When to Plan Your Meeting

Sometimes, you don't have any control over the when: you're here when you're here, and that's not changing. But, if you have some flexibility, consider this: During the high season, most venues charge an event fee – essentially, a fee to cover revenue lost due to exclusive venue rental. These fees can be pricey. When possible, opt for mid-season (post-Easter through June; November to mid-December) or green season (August through October), when venue rental fees are lower or, even better, nonexistent. You pay for what you consume. It's an excellent deal, for an excellent venue, with excellent food, in a truly excellent location.
