Villa Rosato

Spent almost a week in Villa Rosato, prior to Christmas time to catch December´s perfect weather in Costa Rica while visiting from my hometown in Denmark. Still impressed by the overall location and amenities, even though I have spent time off countless times in the area. Following my key PLUSES: 1-Location: Inside Pinilla´s private communities, surrounded by nature, but a short drive to shops, amazing beaches and towns 2-Amenities: everything you need, spacious rooms all with private bathrooms, formal dinner table, TV room, full equipped kitchen, pool area complete with huge grill and even a pizza oven 3-Privacy: The house is not only big, but each room has its own area for leisure making it perfect for large groups while keeping a distance. 4-VIP treatment: House comes with a friendly "house mom" who takes care of picking after you and organizing the house. On demand, you can book a chef. Access to the Pinilla´s beach club is included. Even a golf car to move around easily! 5-Technology: Wifi repeaters in every room, 500Mbps, Big TV sets all around, central A/C, Cable service with your favorite apps installed (Netflix, Disney, HBO, Prime, Apple TV). I loved the espresso machine a bit too much 5-The pool: For resting with a book, to throwing a pool party. Your choice If you´re looking for a perfect house, located in a beautiful community and a short drive to Tamarindo, Flamingo or other towns in the area, where you can just drop everything down and enjoy life and the Pura Vida style, look no further. Highly recommended

Villa Rosato is everything you could hope for and more!!! Every space in the house is beautifully designed and instantly makes you feel at home. From the decor and furniture to the spacious open areas, everything was perfect for relaxing and spending time together, everything feels thoughtful and inviting. Staying in and then taking short drives to the beach felt like a dream, it was truly the most relaxing weekend. We stayed at Villa Rosato to celebrate one of my best friend’s bachelorette parties, and it not only exceeded our expectations but became the cherry on top to an unforgettable weekend. We are absolutely coming back with all the husbands!!! A special thank you to the wonderful host and house mom for keeping the house looking magazine worthy and for making our stay as pura vida as possible. 🌿✨

I spent the weekend in Villa Rosato with my girlfriends and we loved our stay! The house is very clean and fully equipped, the furniture is brand new, the rooms are very spacious, and the beds are so comfortable! There are also multiple places to hang out both inside and outside the house, which I loved. No complaints at all. I definitely recommend booking this house, and I’m already looking forward to coming back!

From the moment we opened the front door, we couldn’t believe this was the house we’d be staying in for the weekend. We instantly felt completely at home. Every space was warm, inviting, and full of charm, with more than enough room and everything you could possibly need—and more—to truly enjoy your stay. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped and so beautiful that it almost made you want to spend the entire day there. The common areas and bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom, were just as lovely and comfortable. We originally planned to use the house mainly as a place to rest before heading out to enjoy the beach, but the house was so beautiful and the beds so comfortable that we honestly didn’t want to leave. And we can’t forget the pool and terrace—without a doubt our favorite spots. We were always comfortable thanks to the high-quality fans, the beautiful furniture, and the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, and there was nothing better than taking a refreshing dip in the pool after every meal. We would return in a heartbeat. It was truly a dream stay, and we were genuinely sad to leave. The number of days we stayed was nowhere near enough, and we can’t wait for any excuse to come back and stay in this dream home again.

Villa rosato is a great place if you’re looking for a private villa in Guanacaste. It is a 40 min walk to the nearest beach entrance in Hacienda Pinilla or a 6 min drive to the same entrance. The house is beautiful, fully equipped for everything you’ll need during your stay. We specially loved the pool and bbq area. The house mom was super kind and incredibly helpful. The place looks exactly like the pictures, I can’t wait to return to Villa Rosato.
