Villa Carao 1

We had the best time for our daughters Graduation trip at Villa Carao 1. Our concierge Tomas was perfect, he communicated well, arranged all of our transportation and made sure we had everything we needed for the week. Carol our house keeper was also amazing! The house was in pristine condition every day, made us delicious breakfast every morning and was so kind and I really enjoyed getting to know her. We rented golf carts and that’s how we moved around the property and town, I would definitely recommend! This was our first time to Costa Rica, but will definitely not be our last! The scenery is stunning, the weather was perfect and the property was amazing! Pura Vida

Great property and beautiful home. The beach is perfect. I would highly recommend renting a golf cart. It was perfect for getting to the beach club and to Brasilito. Carol was amazing and Renzo was very helpful.

our group of 12 had the best time at Renzo's place! Carol our housekeeper made us beautiful breakfast every day, cleaned up the house daily, and made sure we had fresh towels and clean linen every day. We truly enjoyed the outstanding customer service provided by Carol. The house is in a beautiful resort, with the beach, fitness center, and club pool within about a 12 to 15 minute walk. The pool at the house was perfect temperature in the most beautiful setting our group had such a wonderful time there he would definitely come back. Also Brasilito is very close, less then 30min walk or 10min on golf cart with many more restaurants.

As a family of 7 with adult kids we agreed it was a 10! Things were clean and comfortable beds. Private with amazing views. Pool with sun and shaded areas to hang out. Walking to the beach in 10 minutes, wildlife. paths and trails on site. Beach was quiet and not as many annoying vendors as the other beaches
Carol was a 10 for all she did for us!
Breakfast and cleaning etc
Renzo also a 10 with his help and suggestions!
I do a lot of research for planning trips and this one created a beautiful backdrop for the memories we made!
Rented a Golf cart, used it on and off property to travel to town and grocery pick up. We did pre order groceries and recommended doing that! Fruit is amazing!
Dinner -W was friendly and good selections.
Restaurants at the beach club I would just say check out their available menu to make sure you know what they are serving that day!
Upstairs MB you might notice noise from the air conditioner unit pick a different room if you are a very light sleeper

Amazing home. Great hosts. However, it is not a walk to the beach. You’ll have to use the shuttle or golf cart.

The perfect home for a multigenerational family vacation. Furnishings and rooms were exceptional. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, from prepping food to mixing drinks.
Home is at the end of the road, so you have the quietest villa in Carao. Right on the teeboz of the 10th hole (a beautiful, slightly challenging course) and a staircase away from the Westin lobby.
We brought 6 adults and 4 children (9 and 11 yos) to Villa Carao #1 and left with incredible memories.
Hidden secret: our housekeeper (Carol) was an amazing human. She arrives at 830am and leaves between 3 and 4pm every day. Breakfasts, laundry, cleaning, fresh guacamole, cocktails. She was the highlight of the trip.
Renzo was so easy to communicate with. Helped me secure a golf cart for the week (definitely get one!), get better pricing for jet skis on the beach, etc
We will 100% return to this property again.

Such a great place! Located right on the golf course with easy access to the Westin and Beach Club. Carol did an amazing job keeping the house clean (lots of mud was tracked in with all the rain), preparing snacks, and helping with laundry. Renzo was fast with answering questions and helping guests gain resort entrance. The area is beautiful and near many good restaurants outside of the resort. Backyard is a very peaceful place to sip morning coffee or take an afternoon dip. This place far exceeded our expectations!

Honestly, this was the most delightful stay we have ever experienced. We stayed at Carao #1 in Reserva Conchal. We were a party of 9. The place and the staff were amazing. The housekeeper Karol, was the most accommodating and attentive housekeeper I’ve ever met in my life. The home was exceptionally clean and useful for my whole family. From the backyard pool to the front door, our view of the golf course was astonishing. Everything, honestly was impeccable.

Villa Carao 1 and Reserva Conchal were amazing! Fun and relaxation for the whole family. The house was perfect for our party of 9. Beds were comfortable and we had all the amenities we needed. Carol the housekeeper/cook helped us stay organized and Renzo was very helpful with restaurant/activity recommendations. We loved relaxing on the property and exploring Guanacaste. We plan on coming back to Reserva Conchal! Thank you Stay in Tamarindo for making our trip memorable!
