Santa Teresa is famous for surfing, but the waves are great for just relaxing too. Imagine soaking up the sun, catching waves, and making memories on the sandy beaches. As the sun sets, the beach comes alive! Around 5 p.m., everyone gathers to see the awesome sunset. Surfers ride the last waves, and it's the perfect time for cool pics.
Explore a variety of cozy cafes, tasty restaurants, and cool shops just a short stroll from the house. Plus, you're only about a 15-minute drive away from the lively town center and beautiful Hermosa Beach.

Booking:
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining balance due 60 days before arrival for both the Green Season and High Season.
For Peak/Holiday dates, the remaining balance is due 120 days before arrival.
Cancellations: 
Cancellations are accepted up to 60 days before arrival during both Green and High Seasons, with a full refund(excluding bank charges).
If a reservation is canceled or adjusted after full payment, guests will receive a credit valid for one year (excluding Peak Dates). This applies to all reservations.
A 90% refund can be issued if the reserved dates are rebooked by the owner.
Please note that cancellations within 30 days of arrival are not eligible for refunds.
