Ibis Condo #5

We’ve stayed at Ibis multiple times now and it’s honestly one of our favorite places in Tamarindo. The condos are super comfortable and clean.. It really feels like home away from home. Huge shoutout to Rafa, he’s the best, always making sure the stay goes smoothly. Pura vida!!!

Our stay at Ibis #5 was wonderful. We are a family of two seniors travelling with two adult kids. The condo was spacious; the kitchen was well appointed and we had a brand new bbq on the patio. We enjoyed full access to the beach club across the street, which was such a bonus, as we were situated on the quieter end of the beach but within an easy walk to shops and restaurants. Our host Rafas Villegas was very responsive and accommodating - answering every question quickly; stopping by to check in, and even arranging to fix the tv on the weekend when the cable box broke. Onsite staff also were most helpful and attentive. Added bonus - fabulous restaurant Sofi right next door. Highly recommend Ibis #5 to anyone looking to enjoy the beauty and amenities of Tamarindo, with a very helpful host.

We had a great stay at Ibis #5. The location is ideal, just across the street from the beach club and an easy walk into Tamarindo. The condo was clean and comfortable and we loved how quiet the area felt compared to town. Rafa was incredibly helpful the whole time, quick to respond and great at helping organize things for our trip. Would definitely stay here again. Pura Vida!

We would stay here every single time. The location is AMAZING! Right across the street from the beach and walking distance to Downtown. We especially loved the terrace as it was shady all day, providing the perfect location to read a book, enjoy the jungle and watch the monkeys. We rented two units in this condo building and it was the ideal setup for our group. It gave us the chance to be together while still having our own space and privacy, perfect for large families or groups of friends. Rafa was incredible, made sure every detail was taken care of before and during our stay. The beach club is just across the street and the beach itself is so peaceful, especially in the mornings. We’re already missing Costa Rica and would absolutely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our time in Tamarindo and this condo was a great place to stay. There is just a short walk or short drive to Downtown (restaurants and shops) and the beach is across the street. Thank you Rafa for a great time in Costa Rica!!

Very comfortable accommodations - perfect walking distance to so many food and shop options. Having access to the Langosta Beach Club was so convenient - the pool and beach was great. Plenty of seats and shady spots to enjoy drinks. The condo itself was clean and the beds were comfortable. Loved having a washer a dryer. On our last day we had monkeys outside our window! Pretty amazing spot - would definitely stay there again! Rafa was super helpful organizing to/from airport shuttles, which was much appreciated.

I stayed at Ibis #5 beach condo recently and it was awesome! Rafa was incredibly helpful with all our questions and Camacho was so special. The beach club access was super convenient just a hop across the street and being so close to downtown was a big plus. Waking up to the sounds of monkeys and birds was so cool, really added to the jungle vibe. The location was perfect for exploring and shopping, felt safe the whole time. Already planning to come back soon and will definitely recommend it to friends and family. The tours Rafa organized were top-notch too, La Leona waterfall and the sloth tour were highlights, got some amazing photos to show off. Can't wait to come back!

Ibis 2 was great and the location was perfect. Close enough to everything you need but far enough from the noise and bustle of Tamarindo. You can walk or golf cart for most everything and Rafa was great at arranging tours!

Love the spaciousness of the condo with full kitchen and laundry! The Beach Club a few steps from the condo is spectacular! The staff is very attentive and lots of fun. Everything is very clean and the food and drinks are delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

Our family loved Ibis #5. The unit is clean and comfortable. The washer and dryer in the unit is handy. The membership to the Langosta Beach Club was awesome. We used the beach, pool, yoga, workout facilities and the bar and restaurant. Close to town. We didn't move our vehicle for five days. Highly recommend it.

I would definitely come back. The pictures are accurate. Spacious condo for four. It was just far enough away from town to be away from the noise of the nightlife but definitely reasonably walkable. The building felt safe/secure. Thorough instructions on what to do and how to handle things and if you missed it or couldn't figure it concierge was available.

Great condo right cross from the beach club so the access to that was awesome! Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Very easy check in and out. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to be close enough to town but just far enough to be a little quieter.

We hadn't planned to cook much while on vacation, but between the kitchen and the grill, we cooked at home several times. Having the washer and dryer meant we could have packed half as much clothing as we did. Concierge Rafa and the housekeeping and security staff were welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed going to the Beach Club every day; the grounds are beautiful and well-kept, and there is attentive service for drinks or meals. Our only quibble there was the incessant music, which made us appreciate the quiet of Ibis even more, although we heard howler monkeys every morning and saw them frequently from the deck. We would love to return.

Rafa was amazing more than willing to help with anything (even if he was off the clock)like reservations at restaurants,golf cart rentals, gym time,etc...he was in touch with me months in advance to help with car rentals,shuttles or booking adventure trips for the family. Ibis #5 is a comfortable 2-bedroom condo with generally everything you need. Nice furniture, well-equipped kitchen. The Ibis building is in a great location just across the street from the Langosta Beach Club which is on the beach and has a nice swimming pool, bar/restaurant, and gym/spa. It's hard to find a beach location with a swimming pool in Tamarindo, and the beach club is a huge benefit to this condo. Ibis #5 is location on the second floor at the back of the Ibis building, facing east and south. It's windows look out onto a jungle area in the back and a neighbor on the side. The second bedroom smaller window and 2nd bathrooms window look out at other Ibis condos, so those blinds are generally left closed. It's a good private location. The internet works very well in main room. Overall highly recommended.

Great location, especially for families with small children. Right across the street from the Langosta Beach Club. Close to downtown Tamarindo but quiet enough.
