The location is walkable to everything like a grocery store, liquor store, many many many wonderful restaurants and the wonderful Longosta Beach Club and the ocean.
We would highly recommend staying at IBIS. Rafa was a wonderful host and answered any questions I had very promptly.

The property was beautiful and perfect for our family of 4 scuba divers. The unit is on the ground level and there is a shower/faucet right inside the gate to the property. This allowed us to rinse our dive gear daily and put outside on the patio to dry without dragging it through the unit.
Rafa was very responsive to our inquiries. He stopped by several times during our stay to answer any questions we had.
The location of the condo is fabulous, and our golf cart or walking helped us get all around Tamarindo with ease.
Would consider staying again!

We stayed at the Ibis Condos for 10 days with a group of 14 family members, split across three units (#2, #7, and #9). All the units were well suited to the group sizes, with Unit #9 standing out as the ideal gathering spot for dinners, drinks, and evening games. Each unit was equipped with its own washer and dryer, along with all the cookware and utensils needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect - directly across from the Langosta Beach Club, offering easy access to both the beach and the property's swimming pool. That said, food and drink prices at the club were on the higher side. Rafa, our concierge, was outstanding. He assisted with everything from airport transfers and golf cart rentals to booking a sailing adventure and arranging a private chef - who prepared an amazing dinner. Any request we had was just a quick call away, and Rafa handled it seamlessly. We’ll definitely be back!

Loved our stay here! It’s just the right distance from the buzz of Tamarindo! So peaceful, but still close enough to walk to all the action. The beach club access was a huge plus, especially for relaxing days when we weren’t out exploring other beaches or national parks. Parking was super easy, which we appreciated. The condo was perfect for our family, great layout and super comfy. Shoutout to Rafa, he's such a great host and always quick to help!

Great open floor plan with plenty from For the kids. Great walk to beach club which was the best part. Only issue is that we were close to road and you can hear vehicles early. But it wasn’t a deal breaker. We would stay again with a doubt.

Absolutely loved our stay in Tamarindo! The Airbnb was spotless, stylish, and perfectly located—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and amazing restaurants. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making everything seamless from check-in to check-out. Waking up to the sounds of nature and ending each day with a sunset stroll made this trip unforgettable. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

Our stay was incredible! The condo was spotless and even nicer than the photos showed. The location could not be better and getting to use the beach club was a huge game changer. The kitchen was fully stocked so we could cook at home. Rafa was extremely responsive and helped us book all of our excursions which were amazing. I can’t over estimate how safe we felt (4 girls in their 20s) with the Ibis security during the day and at night - they don’t mess around! Everyone we interacted with was so kind. We are so grateful and cannot to come back!

This condo (Ibis 2) was perfect for our family of four. We had two kids with us (ages 4 and 7) and it is literally right across the street from Langosta Beach Club, so easy access to both a nice pool and the ocean. The staff was all very helpful and kind. Rafa organized several tours for us as well, and those all went smoothly and led to some great experiences with wildlife, ziplining, etc. It was very hot so a golf cart was very necessary to get our kids to restaurants in town- it’s not far to walk but too far for them in the heat! Everything was very clean and well maintained. The AC was fantastic after our outdoor adventures! Thanks Rafa and team for an incredible trip!

The Ibis #2 is the perfect location with access to everything you would need! You can easily walk everywhere or rent a golf cart to get there a little faster. The unit is very clean and comfortable. Good sized kitchen and well stocked if you want to cook. Two well sized bathrooms with plenty of privacy. We loved the outdoor space to relax at the end of the day. There is 24 hour security and these men were so nice and very helpful! We had housekeeping come once during our stay. Finally, the Langosta Beach Club is a great perk! The pool, food, and beach access is awesome! We would stay there again and would highly recommend!

This is a beautiful condo in a great location. Walk across the street to the included beach club and beach access. High quality kitchen items make cooking a breeze. Located right next to all the nightlife action in Tamarindo but far enough away to avoid the crowds and noise. Definitely would recommend this place.

Clean, quiet condo, amazing staff, Rafa is always responsive, airport shuttle and golf cart rental was easy and prompt! The beach club across the street is super convenient and also has very nice staff, they could maybe update their beachfront lounger options but there was always space and service and I highly recommend a treatment at their spa! The walk to town is short and sweet too ❤️

My family ( two boys 9 & 5) plus my husband and I had a fantastic stay at IBIS. The staff were fantastic, friendly and so helpful. We quickly made friends with the guards/night guards and shared our spearfishing catches and nightly ice cream sundaes with them. Camacho cleaned our rental car for us, was always helpful with our boys, carrying bags, covering them with an umbrella to walk to/from the car to the condo if needed. He took an interest in our daily adventures and was so sweet to our family. We even cried the morning we left when he met us at our place at 5:30am to help us load our bags. We are grateful for our Costa Rican friend! Rafa was so helpful and quick with information that we requested. The Langosta Beach Club was also fantastic! Across the street, super friendly staff, great gym facility, great food and drinks, great pool and great wildlife watching. We saw monkeys, iguanas and lizards while enjoying the pool/watching the sunset overlooking the beach. GREAT PLACE!

Ibis was fantastic just right on Tamarindo Beach with beach club access, it was the perfect spot. Rafa was amazing and made our stay memorable. He even knocked on our door to show us monkeys at the parking lot! Shoutout to Camacho and the housekeepers too. The short walk to downtown with great restaurants and souvenir shops was a bonus. Don't miss the tour to Rincon de la Vieja for some beautiful wildlife sightings.

Our family of 5 people had a wonderful time at ibis condo #2. The Condo is right across the street from the beach club. It was perfect, the beach club has a restaurant/ bar and private area on the beach. We took surf lessons and relaxed. The condo is walking distance to town, you can walk along the beach or the road. Tamarindo town is fun, lots of nice restaurants, small shops. There is a grocery store near by. There is security for the condo, it was very safe.

We ended up staying at the Ibis Condos on the last leg of our Costa Rica trip and couldn’t have been more happy with our choice. The condo was immaculate upon arrival and the location was perfect! It was close enough to all the action of Tamarindo without being too close to the late night noise.
The access to the Langosta Beach Club was a great bonus and we used their facilities often. Our host Rafa was incredibly responsive and friendly.
We will definitely be back someday!

Ibis 2 was comfortable, clean, spacious and nicely appointed. The Beach Club was a pleasure to have right across the street. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We didn’t feel the need for a car, as the center of Tamarindo was a close enough walk.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo and Tamarindo. Raffa from Stay in Tamarindo contacted me immediately after booking with information about the condo, Tamarindo and things to do in Costa Rica. He organized our transportation to and from the airport and all of our activities outside of Tamarindo. He was quick to respond when we had questions and came to introduce himself when we arrived. The access to the beach club was such a great perk. We loved being able to use the gym, pool and the cabanas. The condo is fully equipped and there was lots of room for our family of three. Our only complaint is that the condo is right next to the road. It was quite loud when sitting outside and barbecuing, and my husband and I slept with earplugs. We will definitely use Stay in Tamarindo again for our next trip to Costa Rica.

Our family had a fantastic vacation staying at Ibis 2 and the Langosta Beach Club. We were able to set up food delivery before we arrived and book our excursions via email with Rafa. Simple process and everything went smoothly. We enjoyed our time spent at the beach and the pool at the beach club, service was excellent everywhere we went. Short 5-10 min walk into town was easy and safe. The food was delicious at the restaurants and the beach club. I highly recommend staying at Ibis 2. The condo has all the comforts of home. We’ll be back for sure.

Ibis #2 is a large, 2 bedroom, with a fully stocked kitchen, spacious patio with grill and a perfect location. Having access to the beach club was an added bonus - I would give 6 stars if I could. Great host. Amazing communication… The only complaint was the spare bedroom is right next to the street and it’s pretty loud at night. Other than that… Zero complaints.

Outstanding stay, will with the price. Rafa helped us with everything we needed- from getting a new grill lighter to booking trips. the membership to the beach club across the street made this especially ideal for our family with little ones. the on site staff were also very courteous and always made this complex feel comfortable. looking forward to another stay!

Great place in walking distance to Tamarindo downtown put far enough from all the noise. The condo is clean, has great AC, and hot water. The included Beach Club membership is amazing. Huge pool, gym, cabanas all included with your stay.

The condo was very comfortable, across the street from the beach club and beach. It had everything --- outfitted with all the appliances and dishes, etc that you'd ever want for cooking and eating at home. It was just me and one daughter each week I was there, and the two bedrooms were great for sleeping and privacy. And it was a great air-conditioned place to come home to after a day of beach activities or walking the town for restaurants. Rafa Villegas, the property manager, was excellent. Always available, always informed and always willing to help, whether it was to locate the laundry detergent in the condo (!) to get some laundry done, or to arrange activities such as ATV's. So I give him high marks, just as I do the guys who were outside all the time keeping watch on the place. The beach club was a good place to grab a drink at the bar, pop into the pool, and in some cases use as a location to "work from home". We were not inclined to hang at the pool much however and the more we discovered things in the town, the less time we spent there. The one exception was to rent surf boards at the club, and my daughters both had lessons. The guys there were positive and helpful. With all that said about the accomodations, you have to consider the town of Tamarindo and the beach itself in any evaluation like this. In short, we loved it. First, the town. It was an easy and walk into town, and we found a ton of really enjoyable places for food... the awesome staff and breakfast burrito and coffee at Green Papaya, superb outdoor beach setting and food at Pico Bistro while we watched surfers and the amazing nightly sunsets, great Mexican at Ay Caramba, excellent ceviche at the Diria on the water, pizza, nightly italian ice cream ... , Woke n Roll asian food, ... the list goes on. The street crowd was a mix of demographics... family, college, etc. Always felt comfortable and safe, but for those who are looking for an exclusive or gated resort, this is not it. It's more interesting, casual, fun. Highlights have to be the sunsets, the food and also the activities for the two weeks --- a day fishing out on one of the panga's which was just a short walk down the beach from the Langosta Beach Club --- which resulted in best tuna sashimi of my life that evening back at the condo with my daughter. And then the following week a day out snorkeling around the Catalina islands --- complete with lots of shark spottings --- really great. And ATV's to Playa Conchal !

We really enjoyed our stay at Ibis at the Beach #2. We would definitely stay here again if we go back to Tamarindo and it's available.
Aside from being a beautiful condo with great WiFi, air conditioning, dishwasher, washer and dryer, hot water, etc., the best past of staying here is having access to the Langosta Beach Club directly across the street.
We were there everyday and took advantage of the cabañas, the restaurant, pool, surfing, beach, etc. It really made our stay amazing.
Rafa was a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive and helped us with everything including booking the cabañas.
I definitely recommend Ibis at the Beach #2 for staying in Tamarindo.

Perfect location a little bit off the crowded main beach area of Tamarindo. The stay included a beach club membership which made the typical amenities of a hotel available while staying in a large condo. Access to the beach club was so appreciated. The staff is so kind and the amenities are beautiful. We enjoyed every minute - you couldn’t pick a better spot!

We had just left a not so great place 3 days early and were worried this place may not be as advertised as well. Not the case. It was fantastic, across from the beach, great staff, clean, modern and had everything we needed. The dishwasher wasn't working, but they took care of the dishes for us when we checked out, so not an issue for us. Trish at the concierge desk by the pool was great, too! Would recommend this place.

Great location. Easy 5-10 min walk to downtown, while far enough away to relax and not be in middle of downtown activity. Super conveneient to beach/across street from Langosta Beach Club with benefit of easy access to ocean and pool and use of towels and lounge chairs. Free use of gym at beach club and availability of yoga classes ($15/class) were also nice bonuses. Concierge staff (Rafa and JuanRo) were easy to contact either at desk during workday or online after hours. We had two couples, each with our own bed/bath (one bathroom is insuite and the other is right next to other bedroom door). Only caveat to keep in mind is this unit is on the ground floor and facing the street (behind a private wall). Being on the ground floor meant noise from apartment above when it was occupied (furniture moving and heavy footsteps a couple of nights from guests above us) and there is some road noise in the smaller of the two bedrooms, which is the closest bedroom to the street. Other than that, great stay and would recommend and be happy to visit again.

My family and I had an incredible trip, much thanks to this beautiful rental. It is located only 5 minutes walk from the core of Tamarindo and is directly across the street from the beach. The amenities of the rental include everything you need from laundry to a BBQ. The showers are great and bathrooms and bedrooms are very spacious. My family of 4 was very comfortable and enjoyed the space very much. The decor is very tasteful and there were cards and a few games and books available which was a nice touch! The kitchen is well equipped including a blender for smoothies. Make sure you check the guest book for restaurant recommendations as there are lots of great places to try. I am already planning my return to Tamarindo and will be booking the same rental, that’s for sure!

We stayed at Garden Condo Langosta Beach Club for 8 days, it was our 4th time in Costa Rica. Definitely the best place to stay, clean, safe, spacious and the staff very helpful and polite. I recommend 100%!!

The condo was beautiful and clean! We loved the beach club and the food was amazing!! Also it was so nice to have the concierge on the property to answer any questions. Can't wait to come back next year!
