Playa Hermosa is a peaceful coastal town known for its beautiful beach. You'll find lovely beachfront restaurants right nearby, and if you're looking for more action, Playas del Coco, another beach town, is just 10 minutes away. It offers a variety of restaurants, bars, clubs, and a big grocery store.

What's more, within 4 minutes from the villa, you'll discover a brand-new Waldorf Astoria and The One & Only, an incredibly luxurious 7-star resort (only 12 of its kind worldwide).
 

Terms & Conditions

Please note that the standard occupancy rate covers accommodations for a maximum of 14 guests. For groups exceeding this number, there is an additional fee per person per night up to a maximum of 18 people. We want to ensure every guest enjoys a comfortable stay, so please reach out if you plan to bring additional guests beyond the standard capacity. We're here to make your stay unforgettable

RESERVATION DEPOSIT
A 25% deposit must be received upon the time of reservation. Then, 50% down 90 days after booking, and the remaining balance needs to be paid 90 days before your arrival. (If the reservation is booked within 90 days before check-in, the transfer should be made in full).
 

CANCELLATION POLICY
If a Guest cancels prior to 90 days of arrival and requests to re-book there is a rebooking fee required of 20% from the total of the contract. The rebooked week must be within 12 months of the original booking date. The fee is required at the time of re-booking. There will be a 50% cancellation refund of the current deposit at the time of cancellation if prior to 90 days from arrival. Any bookings canceled under 90 days from arrival will not be refunded and any deposit will apply to another week within one calendar year from the original booked date only.
Holiday dates are excluded from the cancellation policy because all holiday dates are non-refundable.

Check-in time is 01:00 pm.
Check-out time is 09:00 am.

We're dedicated to ensuring the best possible experience for our guests and want to be completely transparent with you, so we'd like to mention that there is ongoing construction in this community. But don't worry! There isn't any construction happening near the villa, so there won't be any noise affecting your stay. And, there will be no construction during the major holidays and on Sundays.
