Diamante del Bosque

My time with Stay in Tamarindo was nothing short of amazing. The facilities were stellar and looked even better than the photos. It felt exclusive with a luxurious experience, but still close to nature with all the jungle feels. We used 3 villas for a retreat that could not have happened as smoothly as it did without Collin and his staff. The house mothers were the perfect touch but never intrusive. From start to finish Collin was attentive to every need. I am so grateful that we chose to retreat here!!!

We had an amazing time. The villas were exactly as described. Our concierge was incredible and very responsive. Our house moms were kind patient and pleasant even with our large party. Would I stay here again, I would. The service was great and we felt taken care of the entire time.

Stay in Tamarindo staff

Our stay at the villa was great they accommodated our large group and was attentive when we needed additional things. The location is somewhat secluded but we loved that there were pickleball courts and a beach club close by. The only drawback is that some showers in the villa did not have hot water. The pool was a great temperature and the outdoor kitchen was very nice. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

The Bosques were absolutely incredible. My wife and I spent 10 days here with several friends and I will always cherish the memories- from the in-house chef, to watching monkeys out of your bedroom window, it doesn’t get better. The beach is a short walk away and the golf course is even closer. The hosts were incredibly kind and flexible, we hope to return soon.

I had the opportunity to get out of the cold weather of the Northwest in the US and go to Costa Rica for some sunshine with rest and relaxation. The Diamante Del Bosque was an exquisite experience in many ways! During our stay in Hacienda Panilla, I stayed in the Casa Sapphire home and my friends stayed in the Tesoro Del Bosque home (all part of the three homes under Diamante Del Bosque). The list is substantial on what I loved about our stay: • The homes are brand new and very spacious—and are made from the highest quality materials. Beautiful stone floors, accented wood ceilings, signature furnishings, large flatscreen TVs—all making you feel like you’re at a Four Seasons Residential community. Each bedroom / suite has its own separate bathroom, walk in closet, and each home has its own beautiful pool with casita(s). • The beds are incredibly comfortable and whether you like air conditioning or overhead fans—a blend of both are available throughout the homes. • The kitchens are beautiful and very functional and well equipped with all the cooking accessories you’d want for cooking for a large group. The kitchen/living room area is beautifully designed with large sliding glass doors that open up to the patio and pool area! • Jennifer and another team member with Stay at Tamarindo made most of our breakfasts (the only day they didn’t work was on Sundays). They did a wonderful job making us these incredible breakfasts. They would make whatever you wanted—we just needed to shop for and provide the food—on top of that they would clean up afterwards. • Hacienda Panilla is a large development that these homes are set within and have a lot of wonderful amenities. We had the opportunity to go to the Beach Club which is a little over a mile away from the Diamante Del Bosque. The Beach Club is set by a beautiful sandy beach along with pool, exercise facility and restaurant. If you like surfing, boogie boarding or swimming in the ocean—it’s a perfect spot! o There is also a beautiful golf course along with tennis available within the development. • We had the opportunity to go to the JW Marriott Hotel (about 1.5 miles away) for dinner one evening (discount on dinner because we were staying at these villas). Delightful food and view of their resort pool area and ocean in the distance—a must while you are in the area! • The location of this development is great for venturing out to different parts of Costa Rica—many wonderful restaurants and things to experience! This was my first time to Costa Rica and the Tamarindo area—it was amazing—I’m excited to come back again to see more of this beautiful country, and I’d love to stay again at the Diamante Del Bosque!
