Crystal Sands 104

Overall we had an excellent experience with Stay Tamarindo. Cris, the concierge was fantastic and very responsive to everything! She handled everything we requested, including transportation, excursions, golf cart rental and dinner reservations. She was very helpful leading up to our vacation, always taking time to respond to all of our questions in a timely manner. The condo was very clean, spacious and gave us an excellent area to hangout. The pool area was nice and relaxing, and usually not crowded. The location was a little outside of town, so renting a golf cart was definitely a key to making the experience better, especially when going out to dinner or grocery shopping. It was nice the condo had a lower level dedicated parking space for each condo. Occasionally, we would find a tiny little crab in the condo which some other guest have noted as well. Overall, a great trip and a place we would enjoy staying at again.

This condo is very nice. The pictures don’t do it justice. Cristina was helpful before arrival. There was always someone on site to help getting taxis when needed. What was surprising is the road it is on is gravel and full of craters. I was also surprised at all the little crabs finding their way into the condo. We caught and released many!! It just added to our Costa Rican experience. I would stay there again! Beautiful accommodations.

Muy buen lugar y el departamento espectacular. Lo recomiendo 100%. Sin duda lo mejor que se puede encontrar en tamarindo. Como crítica constructiva, sería ideal la reposición de amenidades para el baño y la ducha.

Beautiful home with a lot of space. We had 7 adults and never felt crowded. There are lounge chairs so you can watch the sunset in the evening. Great location.

Great place to stay. Surf spots to south of condo you walk to along beach or golf cart. Close to town but far enough away that it was quiet. Diego was a great communicator.

Crystal Sands was the perfect home for our family of 6 during our week-long stay in Tamarindo! The condo was far bigger than expected - plenty of room for us to spread out in the living areas and bedrooms and we especially appreciated the washer/dryer in the home. The patio was the perfect spot to relax; you could hear the ocean waves but this condo is on the first floor and the view is blocked by the garden.
Diego was super responsive for all our questions and provided the best service in helping us arrange transportation and excursions. With Diego's help, we rented a 6-person golf cart to ride around town during our stay which was a perfect way to get around. He also recommended a full-day Guachipelin excursion for our family, which was truly an adventure for all of us and the favorite activity of our trip.
We loved our experience and would absolutely stay here again!

This is the second time we stayed in this unit. Everything was amazing. We had one small issue with the coffee maker, I let them know about and new one showed up the next day. That is great service! We will be back.

We just had a one week stay at the Crystal Sands condominiums unit 104. We are a family of four with older teens and we really appreciated the space this condo has to offer. I'm not sure what the square footage is, but it's HUGE! There's plenty of room for everyone, lots of closet space and storage. Every bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. Master bedroom has its own walk out patio as well. The unit is well air conditioned which is a bonus because Tamarindo is very hot. The kitchen, living room and dining room are also huge. There are also TVs in every room with the comforts of home like Netflix. We also enjoyed the big covered patio with sectional, it's a really nice spot to sit and relax. Although this is a first floor unit, we did not worry about safety at any time. There is security at the gate and security throughout the night. We had a nice view of the gardens and a partial view of the ocean. The pool was just outside our door which was super convenient. It's a good size and we never had any issues getting a lounger. In fact we often had the pool to ourselves. Room came with plenty of beach towels so no need to pack any. There's a washer/dryer in the unit too should you need to refresh your towels or do laundry. The property is really well kept and quiet. Staff always greet you with a smile and a wave. There's also underground parking and we rented a golf cart to boot around in and it was awesome! Stay in Tamarindo will organize absolutely anything that you need—from restaurant reservations, to excursions and everything in between, they are there for you. Our concierge was Diego as he was excellent. Always checking in to see if we need anything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend both Stay in Tamarindo and Crystal Sands condos. We are already planning our stay next year.

We loved our time in Tamarindo and this place is an amazing place to stay. The condo is located right on the ocean and you can get to the beach in less than a minute. The condo is located on a more private and secluded beach area. At low tide, you can easily walk along the beach all the way to Tamarindo beach and to the town. You can also walk to town down the road and it is less than a mile away. The condo also has a great pool which is very clean and great for kids as it has a shallower end. The condo itself is very large, very clean, and very modern. It felt very luxurious and had plenty of space. The kitchen is great if you plan to prepare any meals while you stay and there are plenty of bathrooms and showers for cleaning up after a day at the beach. Being a little outside of the town, it is also quieter and closer to nature. We saw some howlers monkeys and lizards right around the condo area.

The apartment was much more of what my family expected. Everything worked incredible. Wifi and tv funtion properly. Direct walk to the beach made my grandparents really happy as well as accesible showers in restrooms. Customer service was amazing too. Really happy with the experience.

This condo complex is very nice. We were in unit 104 which is a ground level unit. It is a very spacious three bedroom unit. It was so nice to walk out the gate and be on the beach to watch the sunset. You will not be disappointed. There are many nice restaurants walking distance and the main town is a short drive. We were with my older parents this trip so we didn't walk to down. But on a previous trip to Tamarindo we walked often. Great place!

I was working down here so I wanted to have great internet. I connected to internet through google home app and had very fast download and upload speed throughout the unit! The pool is a great spot to chill out and enjoy and it never seems to be that busy. If pools aren't your thing, the beach is steps from the condo. Langosta is the best for sunsets and beach walks! walk around the point and your only 10 minutes from Tamarindo beach and all the resturants and shops. I've stayed at the cystal sands building many times! I highly recommend it!

I was working during my 3 week stay so internet was priority. it was fast and reliable! Also the pool is 10 steps from the ground level unit so you can sneak out to the quiet pool during calls for some sun and a swim haha. I went for daily sunset beach walks on Langosta beach which is 25 meters from the condo gates. Highly recommend this condo building and host! Thanks for a great time!

The team at Stay in Tamarindo were always very attentive and quick to respond. They have a very good understanding of the property and how we could best enjoy it. We did have a problem with the WiFi but they were very quick to respond and get this issue resolved.

Unit has washer and dryer, which is nice. We absolutely loved this home. Super-easy access to the beach and many great restaurants within walking distance. The condo, pool, and surrounding grounds were immaculate. The condo itself feels like a palace. Lots of room for our group of 9 (two families) to spread out, cook in the well-appointed kitchen, and socialize on the open-air patio. The kids loved starting their day at the beach and ending at the pool. Falling asleep hearing the waves - can't wait to go back!

Todo el sitio está debidamente diseñado. La seguridad interna implacable. Tuvimos tiempo para todo y descansamos en el sitio ideal. Langosta y Crystal Sand es el lugar estratégicamente ideal para pasar vacaciones sin perderse lo mejor de Tamarindo y playas cercanas!

What an incredible place. Perfect for our family of 4 and our friends (family of 4). Beautifully decorated and has all the luxuries of home. The bunk set-up was great for our young kids. Playa Langosta and Tamarindo are just fabulous. Felt very safe on the property and never a worry. We'll be back!

I have stayed at a lot of rentals and this place is by far in my top five. Great beds, spacious, super clean, modern decor with cute touches. Very well equipt kitchen and close walking access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. I will for sure be booking again and highly recommend to my fellow travelers! Awesome for groups, family reunions, girls trips!

We just got back from our trip in Costa Rica, and this place was one of the highlights of the trip! We loved everything about this beach house!! Very Clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable and It’s great to have access to a kitchen to cook meals when you don’t feel like eating out. Walking distance to beach and stores. The pool adjacent to the house was so refreshing! It’s a perfect place to stay at! We would definitely stay here again
