Amazing accommodation, helpful host, overall amazing experience! My husband played golf every day and the we used the club amenities. The beach is beautiful! The community shuttle and golf cart were very convenient. Uber was also easy to call outside the gate to get to attractions outside the community. Would definitely return!

We were a group of 3 couples staying at Casa Seashell and it was perfect!!! From being able to watch monkeys in the trees from our pool, to having the golf cart with a path right behind house for quick access to the beach club and golf course, to the wonderful service provided by our housekeeper Olivia and concierge Renzo, it could not have been better! The property itself was beautiful with comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and all the amenities you could think of. We had groceries delivered in advance and had Renzo's assistance in lining up tours so we had nothing to worry about but just to enjoy ourselves. We had one small issue at end of stay when house alarms starting going off around bedtime and we weren't able to reach staff to turn them off, so fortunately one of our guys was able to disable them but that was our only complaint during our 6 day stay. Highly recommend staying here and booking with Stay in Tamarindo for a fabulous vacation. Hope we will be back!

This place was amazing. We received prompt help and answering questions from Renzo the concierge and Olivia the housekeeper. If we needed anything they went out of their way to help us. The house is stocked well with spices, oil, coffee,tea and sugar. The pictures and descriptions were better than described. The only exception that we didn’t realize but was not a negative for us is the 4th room is a separate little apartment. The beach club and beach are super close but you need to take the golf cart as you cannot walk on the path.

This was one of the best vacations and areas/homes my family and I have stayed in. We did not want to leave and wish we would’ve booked it for longer. It’s right on a golf course and we had access to the amenities of the resort; spa, pools, beach chairs, etc . The home had everything, absolutely everything that a family of six needed for one week. We swam in the pool and enjoyed the plethora of chairs and commodities outside. We barbecued with their luxurious barbecue and kitchen area that they have outside. We enjoyed traveling the golf course in the golf cart they provide. Renzo, our host was the best ever. He was always responsive with our many questions and very friendly and available. This house is nestled in a cul-de-sac area and is very private. The home itself is beautiful and very luxurious. We navigated the area and most of Costa Rica with GPS using Google maps and Apple Maps and it was pretty accurate for the most part. So, it was easy to get to the home from the airport.

We had a wonderful time at Casa Seashell. This is our third time staying at this house. Absolutely stunning property with golf course view. Our concierge Renzo was very helpful to organize our tours and transportation. Daily housekeeping and maintenance is a big help and keeps this property in the great condition. Definitely will stay again and recommend to the family and friends.

We had a wonderful stay! The property is very luxurious and well-maintained. They provide a golf cart, which made getting to the beach club (just 2 minutes away) so easy. The private pool at the house is gorgeous and perfect for relaxing. The house was spotless when we arrived, and all the bedrooms are similar in size and comfort, which worked great for our group. We will definitely return!

We loved our time in Reserva Conchal! Our housekeeper, Alba, was fantastic and especially kind to our children. We enjoyed the pool, the golf cart, the beach club, and the beach. The restaurants that our host, Renzo, recommended were excellent and he accommodated transportation for our large group. We can’t wait to return to Reserva Conchal again! Thank you!

Casa Seashell is a great rental in the Reserva Conchal property. The house is very spacious, very clean, and well appointed. The pool and grounds are also very nice.The housekeeper and gardener are there every day except Sundays and holidays. They will essentially take care of the house during your stay, and keep things very clean. They are very kind and helpful.The beach club and golf pro shop are 2 minutes by golf cart. There is a restaurant at the beach club as well. Note that you can not walk to the beach club, you must use the golf cart. Or drive a car around. If you have more than a party of 4, you might want to rent a second golf cart. I would also suggest renting a car for making a quick grocery run. We drove to Tamarindo a few nights for dinner, and had no issues.Renzo, the house manager can help you coordinate other activities or answer any question in general.Casa Seashell is great choice in this area.

Absolutely beautiful house! Everything was as described and pictured. The outside was incredible, great pool, nice fire pit, great outdoor kitchen setup. Lots of room for everyone to relax inside and out. The kitchen was well equipped with high end appliances and everything you needed to cook. Beds were all very comfortable, bathrooms very nice, and tons of storage space. There was an unexpected 5th bathroom that was accessed from the outside, very convenient. The property manager Renzo was incredibly helpful with booking excursions and giving recommendations, and responded very quickly. Carol the housekeeper/ breakfast cook was amazing. The beach club truly is I minute away by golf cart. The pool there was very nice, and there was a lot of shade available. The restaurant there was quite good, with friendly service. No trouble getting chairs on the beach, and there was lots of shade under the trees. The beach was spectacular.

House is beautiful and clean and has everything you could need to cook, grill, make blended drinks or smoothies, smoke meats, etc. It was very comfortable and clean. Housekeeper and Concierge and pool guy were all awesome!! Housekeeper made big breakfast every morning and made snacks and cut fruit, made smoothies, etc. she helped with drinks but did not know drinks very well … but she looked up what she did not know and helped with prep. Restaurant recommendations by concierge were awesome. Did sunset evening trip to Tamarindo that was so nice as well. Beach club and beach were amazing. Using kayaks and Paddle Boards was super easy. Food and drinks were very good!! Excursions were easy to arrange and not far Our family loved this place. House set up and location are just fantastic! I have done a lot of travel and home rentals . This place and the staff and facilities are top notch!

Loved Casa Seashell. Great location. House perfect for entertaining. It had everything we needed for our stay plus extras. Really enjoyed the spacious property. Management communication and support was excellent. Carol, our attentive house assistant was delightful. She kept the house spotless and cooked us a memorable Costa Rica breakfast. Two minutes to golf and beach club via supplied golf cart. That said, definitely recommend renting a car when vacationing at this house. Only negative is there is a house being built next door which obviously never a first choice on vacation.

Beautiful property, great location. Definitely recommend a car for this property. That said, golf cart supplied was great and the Beach & Golf Club literally a 1-2 minute ride away with cart path entry at the edge of the driveway.House is made for larger entertaining, so we did our best with our own family happy hours.Property manager was easy to communicate with and responsive. Carol, the on site support was just delightful. She made us an amazing Costa Rican breakfast and kept the property spotless.

Casa Seashell was absolutely beautiful! Best location to get to beach club very quickly on golf cart. Carol, our house staff, was amazing and a great cook and super friendly. She really took care of us. Renzo was very helpful in making sure we orders groceries, rented extra golf cart, and baby port a cribs. He checked in on us the first day to make sure we had everything we needed. Will stay here again, loved the property, location, and service, the amenities are all you could ask for in a vacation stay. The private pool with zero entry was a bonus with the very young kids.

The host Renzo was amazing He was there to help us prepare for the trip and handled all of our requests seamlessly. His personal touch enhanced our stay and he had great recommendations for dining and shopping. He is a gem and Tamarindo is lucky to have him. Carol, our housekeeper was a true delight and everyone really loved her. Each breakfast was delicious and she kept the house clean during our entire stay. She’s also a gem and her energy is infectious. Well, we loved Costa Rica. What really made the trip were the people and their warmth in hospitality

Renzo, our host with Tamarindo was amazing and was a key part of making our stay fantastic.
Carol, our housekeeper was a true delight, and everyone loved her. She kept the entire home clean and made up our rooms daily. She also made a delicious breakfast that started our day. While we loved Costa Rica, its people are amazing and that’s reflected as we worked with Renzo who took care of every detail requested.
An amazing trip and we will be back

Renzo the property manager was awesome. We arrived earlier than expected and he was happy to meet us at the home.
We met Carol who was part of the Casa Seashell experience.
She was with us every day from 8:00 to 4:00. She made us coffee, breakfast and smoothies. We were not expecting that.
She came in every morning with a smile. Her english was minimal so we had fun trying to use our little bit of Spanish,
Very sweet lady.
The house was absolutely beautiful, and I look forward to coming back again.

This house is gorgeous! Located right on the golf course with great views. One minute golf cart ride to the beach club to access the beach. Renzo and staff were outstanding. We are already counting down the days to book our next vacation here!

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Seashell! The beach club is so convenient and the location is perfect for exploring other beach towns. Martin, the caretaker, and the two women who made us breakfast along with other house duties were very kind and helpful. While staying at Casa seashell we spent time at the beach club, played golf, used the bikes, spent a day around the pool at the house, discovered a couple of restaurants/breweries in the towns nearby, and surfed in Tamarindo. Pura Vida!

Great property location to the golf course, the beach and beach club amenities. The home is accommodating, spacious and has a beautiful outdoor living space. The golf cart was a HUGE bonus to getting around the community. The elite services included with this home are great and really contributed to us having a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful week at Casa Seashell. The house is simply amazing -- first class all the way -- and the staff (Lorena and Diego) were extremely helpful and very pleasant. And the Beach Club and golf course are awesome. We can't wait to return and have already reserved Casa Seashell for a week in July!

Lorena was phenomenal! She was the icing on our family vacation. Our children looked forward to her traditional breakfast every morning. She even made pancakes for them one morning but they enjoyed her gallo pinto the most! We enjoyed trying to communicate with Lorena, she was very kind and patient. As a mother, I truly was able to relax because Lorena helped with cooking and cleaning up.
The house was beautiful! Very clean. Comfortable. Next time we will plan ahead and use that beautiful outdoor kitchen! The location was very private but nice to see the occasional golfers play. The open floor plan out to the pool felt especially luxurious. We did enjoy taking the golf cart to the restaurant for lunch or dinner. You definitely need your own vehicle to venture out of the resort community for more local experiences. Our family had a wonderful time and would happily return.
