Please note there is ongoing construction in the community. The house features noise-resistant doors, windows, and lush landscaping for privacy and no visible construction. Recent guests have had no issues, but to account for any inconvenience, rates have been discounted.

The house was perfect, each bedroom has it owns bathroom and is perfectly equipped. Location is perfect, great beach club and restaurants and super easy access to the beach. Casa Savana is perfectly located and equipped, each bedroom has its own bathroom which is very convenient for big families or group of friends. Kitchen has all what you need.
Collin and his team provide us an excellent service, very informative since we booked the house and provided several recommendations. Also they were very responsive, we were nos able to find the lighter for the Bbq and 5min after a message someone was helping us in the house.
Internet connection is a little bit unstable and it does not reach every bedroom.

Beautiful home in a gorgeous community! Tons of space to relax and take in the beauty of the area! Ideal location for any activity you want to do! The Pinilla Beach Club was a treat, where you can find a great pool, great food, access to boogie boards/surf boards, soccer, volleyball and relaxation! There are so many great places to eat in the area, and loved exploring the area to find hidden gems! Great communication with concierge and appreciated the very detailed guidebook! Great location. Close enough to places like Tamarindo, but also removed from the hustle and bustle. House is amazing. Having a couple of different beach access experiences onsite was great. Fantastico!!!
Everything you see online is what you get! The property was perfect for our group! Loved hanging out by the pool which one day we had massages. The kitchen has everything you need, every room has a TV and air! We also hung out one day at the BEACH CLUB which was great! The people are friendly and the food is delicious! Great multi-family house rental
This house was the perfect size for the eight of us. We stayed for a week for a mid-May wedding. It was nice to have access to a private pool with plenty of room to lounge in the shade. The bedrooms are all plenty big enough for two people, as is the dining room table. The photos of the house in the current listing accurately represent its actual layout. Keep in mind that the photos of the larger pool and fitness center are outside the neighborhood at the resort -- there is a very small fitness room accross the street from the house.. It's a short golf cart ride to the Hacienda Panilla Beach Club or Marriott resorts. I highly recommend renting a golf cart to get around.Bradley - Posted: 5/23/2023

Love this home!
Just finished a stay with family. 4 couples and 5 kids and we loved it. Hours by the pool and spacious bedrooms for everyone. The kitchen is more than enough as well. Amazing Trip
This was an amazing Costa Rica trip. Mariam was the perfect concierge. She was so helpful and always very responsive. She made the trip even better than expected! Wonderful Family Getaway
Casa Savanna was perfect for our extended family of 11. We had plenty of room and beds for everyone. Something we really liked was that we could see the pool from almost everywhere in the house and with small children, that was so nice. We loved all the outdoor seating and living areas. The house was clean and Hacienda Pinilla was beautiful. We had an issue with a leaking window when it rained for hours but as soon as we notified them, they had someone right over to take care of it before it got to be a real problem. This villa is great!
1. Safety - The community is gated and there is always a guard on duty to open the gates. They are very thorough and you will not have to worry about safety here.
2. Location - The community has a Beach Club you can get to that will allow you access to the ocean as well other close options if looking for water.
3. A/C - Costa Rica is know for being hot and humid but each room has its own individual A/C units that work great.
Things to know:
1. You’ll need a golf cart / rental car to get anywhere within the community or a shuttle to go outside of it. Plain and simple.
2. Plan your meals - you can eat at the JW (but see #1) or make sure to pick up snacks and food for the house as there is only a small market located in the community and it was closed the 2 times we went past it.Jason - Posted: 8/4/2021

Loved it!!

Everything about this place was amazing. The pictures and descriptions were 100% accurate. Elsa & Mariam always responded quickly and helped us with anything we needed.
