Amazing!! Everything was really nice. The house is beautiful and clean. Making the plans was easy working with Elsa. Our house mad Elven was great. The food good. The whole trip was relaxing. Can't wait to return next year.

The property is stunning and spacious. Very well appointed and the house mom Evelyn is amazing. Top tier my only complaint is this property is not directly on the beach, but outside of that 100 out of 10 will definitely recommend

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Plata in the Hacienda Pinella community near Tamarindo. The property was absolutely stunning - there is simply nothing I would change about it! We were a party of 9 (requiring 6 rooms) and everyone had a beautiful room with ensuite bathroom. The shared space was thoughtfully laid out and tastefully furnished. The outdoor space was perfect - with its own pool with swim up bar, jacuzzi, AND pickleball court, as well as several covered areas for shade and seating with outdoor TVs throughout. All the staff were fantastic - from Elsa, the concierge who helped coordinate our trip and all our activities, to Wally who kept the outdoor space immaculate (and even washed our cars before we left!), to Evelyn who was an absolute delight and prepared the most delicious breakfasts/snacks/cocktails, and maintained the inside of the property perfectly - and with the utmost discretion. I really cannot say enough good things about this place!

Absolutely Incredible house, the amenities and locations were truly amazing. Besides that, Evelyn was such fantastic staff that cooked the most wonderful food and kept the house spotless. Next time im in costa rica, I'll be staying here again. It was such a wonderful experience!

Everything was amazing! Evelyn provided top-tier service and truly made the experience special. Waking up to breakfast ready each morning and the living room fresh felt like a luxury. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very cozy. I would highly recommend booking this place for your stay. I can’t wait to come back!

Our stay at Hacienda Pinnilla in CR was absolutely incredible. The property itself was stunning, with modern appliances, thoughtful design, and every detail carefully curated to make our family of 13 feel at home.
What really made the trip unforgettable, though, was the exceptional service and attention to detail. Elsa, the concierge, went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. From organizing excursions to recommending amazing local spots, she was always very responsive, kind, and incredibly helpful. I asked a lot of questions and she was always able to provide me with quick detailed answers.
Evelyn, the house mom, was equally amazing. A wonderful addition to the stay. Her presence and help allowed my family the ability to maximize time with each other.
If you’re looking for a place in CR that combines luxury, comfort, and outstanding hospitality, this is it. We can’t recommend it highly enough and would absolutely return in a heartbeat!

We had an absolutely incredible stay — this property exceeded expectations in every possible way. The home itself is brand new, beautifully designed, and perfectly laid out for both relaxing and spending time together. The backyard is truly a highlight, with a stunning pool and hot tub, plus plenty of comfortable lounge areas that made it easy to enjoy every minute outside.What really made the experience special, though, were the people. Evelyn, our house mom, was nothing short of amazing. She prepared delicious breakfasts, snacks, and cocktails every day, kept the house spotless, handled laundry, and made everything feel effortless. She was such a huge part of what made the trip so enjoyable.Elsa, our concierge, was equally fantastic. She helped coordinate every detail of our trip — from activities and transportation to restaurant and even pickleball reservations — and made the entire experience seamless from start to finish.If I had one suggestion, it would be to add a pickleball or multi-sport court to the property — which it sounds like may already be in the works. That would truly make this place unbeatable.We loved every minute of our stay and would absolutely come back without hesitation. Highly, highly recommend.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Casa Plata and couldn’t be more grateful to have found it. Our original vacation rental ended up being uninhabitable, and after scrambling to find a place last minute, we booked Casa Plata for that same day. From the moment we arrived, it was such a relief and truly exceeded our expectations.
Everything in the home was brand new and was in perfect condition. The accommodations were first-class throughout, and the house was thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need, making it feel both luxurious and comfortable.
The service truly made this stay exceptional. Our housekeeper, Evelyn, was amazing. Never imposing, but always there whenever we needed her.
