Great house and host! Collin was wonderful with proactive recommendations and always responsive to our needs and questions. The star of the show was Anais, our house mom! She was so friendly, made us feel right at home and made great snacks and drinks! She was awesome!

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Oceana! The house was perfect for our group of 12. The space was immaculate, both indoors and out. We loved hanging by the pool and having big group dinners around the massive dining table. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and great sizes and everyone was very comfortable in the space. Access to the beach club near by was a nice bonus and perfect for beach days with a lunch at the restaurant there and the piña coladas at the poolside bar were 10/10. Collin went above and beyond. He was extremely accommodating in setting up shuttles and tours for us and was always available if we had any questions about the house or the area. Anais was a great “house mom” who kindly made us breakfast every morning and having her there to help tidy up and refresh linens really made it feel like a true vacation where your only responsibility was to relax. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars and we will definitely be booking with Stay In Tamarindo if we’re ever back in the area!

My group loved this place. There were 12 of us and it was such a great space for a large group. Everything was very clean and new. The bedrooms were good sizes & 4 of them had private bathrooms. The pool was beautiful and we had a great time hanging both out and inside. The kitchen sink had filtered drinking water and an ice machine which were life savers.
I cannot stress enough how great Collin was as a host. He was super helpful with setting up shuttles for the airport and a waterfall excursion for our group. He was available anytime we had questions during our stay and was very on top of a lot of accommodations. Having a house keeper who made breakfast and freshened up the house everyday was a really nice part of this rental. We had Anais and she was lovely!
The beach club nearby was great for day trips. There’s a nice pool and bar/restaurant there.
I do recommend renting a golf cart to get around the community, especially if you don’t rent a car.

Estamos muy felices de haber escogido esta casa para nuestra estadía en Hacienda Pinilla. La casa es hermosa y super amplia, tiene todo lo que necesitamos para que nuestra estadía fuera cómoda y placentera. El servicio diario de mucama fue un plus que no esperaba, genial. La comunicación con el host fue siempre rapida.
Recomiendo altamente el lugar.

Casa Oceana was a fantastic house for our family. Stay in Tamarindo, the management company, was incredibly responsive and helpful. All of their recommendations were excellent. Helen, who came and cooked breakfast and cleaned Mon - Sat is delightful and goes over the top to accommodate everyone’s different requests for breakfast. We highly recommend this property and the management company.

The house was beautiful and fit our group of 14 perfect! Open layout and enough bathrooms for everyone ! The house is in a gated community and you have to go through security checkpoints! This is nice for a more intimate trip as there isn’t much to do in the surrounding area!

If you're looking for a charming getaway, this house is the perfect choice! Our stay was absolutely delightful, thanks in large part to Collin and Hellen, who made our experience unforgettable. The home is beautifully designed, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that instantly made us feel at ease.
Hellen truly exceeded our expectations with her incredible hospitality. She prepared delicious breakfast snacks that were not only tasty but also beautifully presented. Each morning was a treat! Additionally, her attention to cleanliness was remarkable. The house was spotless and well-maintained, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment.

This was hands down the best travel experience I’ve ever had. Collin went above and beyond planning everything—from excursions and a custom cake to seamless transportation and even golf carts. He checked in regularly, handled last-minute requests with ease, and made sure every detail was flawless. The home was immaculate, with labeled rooms and thoughtful touches throughout. Ms. Helen, our incredible house mom, made the stay even more special with her joyful spirit, delicious meals, and constant care. She even did our laundry (with permission), refreshed towels, and made the beds daily. Every part of this trip felt safe, smooth, and luxurious. they even have access to a wonderful beach house with AMAZING FOOD . Even when Collin was off, his backup was just as helpful. We were truly treated like family. If you’re considering this place—don’t hesitate. It’s paradise. YOU DO NOT WANT TO MISS THIS !

We had an exceptional stay at Sheryl’s! The house was spotless, and our hosts went above and beyond to meet our needs. If you want a worry-free travel experience, this is the place! The home is distinctive, roomy, and exudes a calming yet practical vibe. If 6 stars were an option, this would be a place for it.
