We had an absolutely amazing stay! The Airbnb was even more beautiful in person clean, comfortable, and everything we could have hoped for during our trip to Costa Rica. 🇨🇷🌴
The staff was incredible from beginning to end. Everyone was so welcoming, helpful, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The hospitality truly made the experience even more special.
The property itself was gorgeous, peaceful, and the perfect place to relax and enjoy Costa Rica. We felt comfortable and well taken care of the entire time. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Costa Rica.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The property was even better than we expected, beautiful, spacious, well maintained, and perfect for our group.
The location in Hacienda Pinilla was excellent. We loved being in a private, upscale community while still having easy access to Tamarindo, the beach, restaurants, golf, and everything we wanted to do during the trip.
What really made the experience exceptional, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, attentive, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. From helping with meals and keeping the house in great shape to assisting with transportation and activities, they made the entire trip feel effortless.
The house gave everyone plenty of space and privacy, while the common areas and pool were perfect for spending time together.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience in Costa Rica and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this property and the team behind it! 🇨🇷🌴

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! From the moment I booked Casa Kailua until the day we checked out, the service was impeccable. Planning this trip was no small task—it was a surprise for my dad's 50th birthday, and I was coordinating 13 adults with countless details. I am a very meticulous planner, and I had what felt like a million questions. Giulia answered every single one with kindness, patience, and professionalism. She truly made sure I had everything I asked for and even thought of things I hadn't considered. She is one of the sweetest, most helpful people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Casa Kailua is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. Honestly, the pictures do not do it justice. I specifically chose this home because of the large open-concept living areas, the incredible outdoor space, and the pool where everyone could gather together. It exceeded every expectation. We had 13 adults, and there was more than enough room for everyone to be comfortable. It was the perfect home for our family. We also opted to add concierge services with breakfast prepared each morning, and it was one of the best decisions we made. Every breakfast was delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. It made our mornings so relaxing before heading out for the day. The house itself was incredibly well thought out. Some of the little details made a huge difference. The Bluetooth speaker was an unexpected hit with my family and was used every day. The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and even black washcloths specifically for removing makeup, which was such a thoughtful touch. My fiancé is a chef, so we spent a lot of time cooking together. The kitchen was equipped with almost everything he needed, which we really appreciated. There were plenty of plates, cups, glasses, cookware, and utensils for a large group. The only small recommendation I would make would be to add a few larger serving spoons, but that's truly the only thing I could think of. We did experience a power outage one evening, which was completely outside of anyone's control. As a result, the air conditioning went out in two of the bedrooms. What impressed us most was how quickly and professionally the team responded. They came first thing the next morning and worked diligently until everything was back up and running. Their prompt response and commitment to making sure we were comfortable was truly appreciated. It was handled exceptionally well and, honestly, it only reinforced how amazing their service truly is. The communication before our trip was outstanding. Since this was a surprise celebration, there were so many moving parts, and Giulia helped every step of the way. She even offered recommendations that made my dad's 50th birthday even more special. When we arrived at the house, Giulia greeted us in person. She was so warm and personable, asking my dad if he was surprised and celebrating the moment with us. That personal touch meant so much and immediately made us feel welcomed. Overall, this was one of the best vacation experiences I've ever had. The house was stunning, the service was exceptional, and every detail made us feel cared for. Everything exceeded our expectations, and I would recommend Casa Kailua and Giulia to anyone visiting Costa Rica. Thank you for helping create memories that my family will cherish forever. We can't wait to come back!

Casa Kailua was an amazing home for our visit to Costa Rica. Hacienda Pinilla gave us lots of options to keep us busy as well. Golf, beach club, golf cart, etc.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at Casa Kailua for our group of 15. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was exactly as described—beautiful, spacious, impeccably clean, and comfortably accommodated our entire group.
The service throughout our stay was exceptional, including our concierge Giulia who was very responsive, helped us plan and coordinate all of our activities and ensured we had everything we needed. Our house mom Carolina took care of us every day with breakfast, drinks and snacks, all while keeping the home in pristine condition. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making our trip completely stress-free.
We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our group vacation and look forward to returning. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a memorable, first-class experience. Thank you for making our trip so special!

The villa and the staff were amazing! Renzo was easy to work with. He reached out multiple times prior to check in to help out with scheduling a chef and excursions. We scheduled Chef Juan for our arrival dinner and it delicious and well worth it. The daily housekeeper made a delicious breakfast everyday and was very accommodating to our schedule. The house has everything you need and is well stocked. The outdoor space and pool were perfect. The house overall has plenty of space for 14 people. Close proximity to Tamarindo. The access to beaches, clubhouse pool, gym etc in the community are a nice bonus. Highly recommend the villa!

Wonderful stay!! Casa Kailua is a gorgeous and very well-maintained home in a safe community! The staff were very friendly and it was so nice waking up to breakfast already made for us each morning. We had an absolutely amazing stay at this villa and couldn’t recommend it more. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa was spotless, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Our host even provided a crib and highchair upon request. The outdoor spaces were perfect for relaxing, and the private pool was a huge highlight for our group. Renzo was incredibly responsive, making check-in and our entire stay seamless. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and we felt very well taken care of. The location was ideal—peaceful and private, yet still close enough to beaches, restaurants, and activities. It was the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. This villa made our Costa Rica trip unforgettable, and we would absolutely stay here again. Es una casa maravillosa, muy amplia, cómoda, especial para grupos grandes y disfrutar en familia. Carolina nos preparó unos deliciosos desayunos y se encargó de mantener la casa limpia y en orden. This is a lovely villa with excellent staff. The bedrooms are large, comfortable and well appointed.
We had plenty of space for 5 couples in this beautiful villa. We enjoyed the pool and the turf for a morning workout. Carolina made an excellent breakfast each day.
Renzo was very responsive and helpful with our activities.
I do not recommend going to the JW Marriott for dinner, it was a negative 5 stars

Absolutely the best place I have ever stayed. Rinzo was quick to have all activities planned and accommodation made. Carolina was the best!!! It was truly a dream vacation that you didn't have to think about anything, but what you would like to do or eat!! Very close to beach access, as well as Tamarindo. Can’t wait to come back for more adventures!!!

House was brand new with great pool and living room. Our host Renzo was responsive and able to coordinate all our activities (fishing, surfing, dinners, shuttles..etc). The neighborhood has two entrance gates so you feel safe and secluded. The House is comfortable able to accommodate large groups. Would recommend to large groups and families looking for a Costa Rica trip!
Things to note:
- Location is about 25/30 minutes from tamarindo
- 5 minutes from Hacienda Beach Club and JW Marriott
- 15 minutes from Avellanas Surf Spot (Lola’s)

This was the absolute best Airbnb experience I have ever had!!! House was completely spotless and beautiful. It felt so safe and had every amenity you would ever want or need. Our housekeeper was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond every day to make sure the house was spotless and that we had everything we needed. Our concierge was also incredible. He contacted me several times before the trip started and even let me order groceries, so that when we arrived at the house was already stopped with food. We traveled with two other families and there were 12 kids between all of us, but the house was more than big enough. We never felt crowded. This area of Costa Rica is absolutely stunning. Plus the house is so close to Tamarindo if you want a bigger city feel and super close to this beautiful beach club that serves delicious food and awesome drinks. I really cannot recommend this place enough. Cannot wait to come back!

This home is impeccable! Wonderfully designed and curated! Nesetled in a gorgeous, white and safe neighborhood! The owners spared no expense in making sure guests have all they needed! Definitely suggest having a crib and high chair added for families! The home oneself is gorgeous and came staffed with a very kind and amazing housekeeper named Carolina! She made the stay all the better! We were able to get massages at the house, and drive a rented golf cart all arranged by renzo who made experiences seamlessly put together! Fantastic stay! If you’re coming to Costa Rica this is a top notch stay!
