Casa Kailua

Wonderful stay!! Casa Kailua is a gorgeous and very well-maintained home in a safe community! The staff were very friendly and it was so nice waking up to breakfast already made for us each morning. Renzo was a great concierge and was quick to reply with any questions and issues. We loved every minute of our stay!

La casa superó nuestra expectativa, tiene todo lo necesario y más todavía. Excelente cocina, lavadero, baños, espacios muy amplios agradables y cómodos. La pileta una locura. la máquina de hielo nos sorprendió. Un punto a destacar es la atención excelente y cordial de la encargada. Nos hubiera gustado quedarnos más tiempo, así que tendremos que volver!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this villa and couldn’t recommend it more. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa was spotless, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Our host even provided a crib and highchair upon request. The outdoor spaces were perfect for relaxing, and the private pool was a huge highlight for our group. Renzo was incredibly responsive, making check-in and our entire stay seamless. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and we felt very well taken care of. The location was ideal—peaceful and private, yet still close enough to beaches, restaurants, and activities. It was the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. This villa made our Costa Rica trip unforgettable, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and stress-free stay!

Es una casa maravillosa, muy amplia, cómoda, especial para grupos grandes y disfrutar en familia. Carolina nos preparó unos deliciosos desayunos y se encargó de mantener la casa limpia y en orden. Renzo estuvo atento para evacuar cualquier consulta y ayudarnos siempre que lo necesitamos. Fueron unos días inolvidables

This is a lovely villa with excellent staff. The bedrooms are large, comfortable and well appointed.
We had plenty of space for 5 couples in this beautiful villa. We enjoyed the pool and the turf for a morning workout. Carolina made an excellent breakfast each day.
Renzo was very responsive and helpful with our activities.
I do not recommend going to the JW Marriott for dinner, it was a negative 5 stars
A relaxing, comfortable stay in beautiful Tamarindo.

The house was beautiful! There were a couple of miscommunications, but everything was resolved promptly and worked out great. I definitely recommend staying at Casa Kailua.

Absolutely the best place I have ever stayed. Rinzo was quick to have all activities planned and accommodation made. Carolina was the best!!! It was truly a dream vacation that you didn't have to think about anything, but what you would like to do or eat!! Very close to beach access, as well as Tamarindo. Can’t wait to come back for more adventures!!!

House was brand new with great pool and living room. Our host Renzo was responsive and able to coordinate all our activities (fishing, surfing, dinners, shuttles..etc). The neighborhood has two entrance gates so you feel safe and secluded. The House is comfortable able to accommodate large groups. Would recommend to large groups and families looking for a Costa Rica trip!
Things to note:
- Location is about 25/30 minutes from tamarindo
- 5 minutes from Hacienda Beach Club and JW Marriott
- 15 minutes from Avellanas Surf Spot (Lola’s)

This was the absolute best Airbnb experience I have ever had!!! House was completely spotless and beautiful. It felt so safe and had every amenity you would ever want or need. Our housekeeper was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond every day to make sure the house was spotless and that we had everything we needed. Our concierge was also incredible. He contacted me several times before the trip started and even let me order groceries, so that when we arrived at the house was already stopped with food. We traveled with two other families and there were 12 kids between all of us, but the house was more than big enough. We never felt crowded. This area of Costa Rica is absolutely stunning. Plus the house is so close to Tamarindo if you want a bigger city feel and super close to this beautiful beach club that serves delicious food and awesome drinks. I really cannot recommend this place enough. Cannot wait to come back!

This home is impeccable! Wonderfully designed and curated! Nesetled in a gorgeous, white and safe neighborhood! The owners spared no expense in making sure guests have all they needed! Definitely suggest having a crib and high chair added for families! The home oneself is gorgeous and came staffed with a very kind and amazing housekeeper named Carolina! She made the stay all the better! We were able to get massages at the house, and drive a rented golf cart all arranged by renzo who made experiences seamlessly put together! Fantastic stay! If you’re coming to Costa Rica this is a top notch stay!
