Casa Breeze was PERFECT! The support staff was top notch along with all the accommodations. The beach club, golf course, food, and everything exceeded all of our expectations. We highly recommend staying here within the Reserva Conchal community.

This place was a wonderful getaway for our large multigenerational family! The property is beautiful and the pictures really do not do it justice! It is one of the few houses in the area that actually feels private despite being on a golf course (which is very pretty). Blanca made our stay just excellent-she is kind, friendly and helpful as well as a wonderful cook and housekeeper. Renzo was very communicative and we felt like we were in good hands throughout our trip. He was also very available for questions once we got there which was so valuable. We rented a second golf cart to be able to go off-property which was a great decision as Brasilito is a close drive (if you are comfortable in the (minor) traffic. We also purchased groceries for delivery to the home which was nice to have on our arrival-Blanca makes the BEST guacamole and juice! The only downside is that the concierge at the Westin was not very welcoming and did not let us use the shuttles. Not sure why! BOOK THIS TRIP!

Don’t wait. Just book it!
Pictures don’t do this property any justice. It’s picturesque. Lovely home. So much to do for the entire family. Swimming Pool, table tennis, a host of board and card games for all ages, massive kitchen and living room, great indoor/outdoor living, just more than enough space for my friends and family. Beautiful home sat near golf course! Most friendly resort. Everyone was delightful and we made some meaningful connections. Having Renzo was just the icing on the cake. He was always available, always answered my many questions, always organized with transfers, excursions, and chef’s dinner. This was a memorable trip for sure. Book here! You won’t be sorry!

This house is really amazing. Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Costa Rica. The house was comfortable and well-equipped with all of the comforts and more! We enjoyed waking each morning to coffee on the porch outside our bedroom. The pool was amazing and my kids enjoyed the slide and deep end.

Our vacation was amazing. From the time we booked, our preplanning preparation, the list of options and excursions to explore, to the moment we arrived at our house, everything went extremely well and as planned. Renzo, our house manager and concierge did a great job, informing us of everything we needed to know and went above and beyond to ensure our family had the most enjoyable vacation. We did experience some confusion with the neighbouring Westin property while trying to book dinner reservations, however found a few good local restaurants that delivered to the house. The property had everything we needed and more and would highly recommend this place to anyone interested.

Casa Breeze was phenomenal! We will definitely be returning and I highly recommend it. The house was enormous with excellent accommodations. Everything was clean, functional, and perfectly maintained. The pool was fantastic with awesome waterfall and slide — could not keep the kids out of it! We bought groceries in advance that were delivered to the home and Milena cooked us incredible breaksfast and lunches everyday and kept the house pristine the entire time. There was grounds keepers everyday maintaining the pool and gardens. I could go on and on about how this was luxurious oasis. Renzo was extremely helpful in booking our excursions and transpiration to and from everywhere. Also, was very helpful in booking our dinner reservations. Our only regret is not staying longer. We’re absolutely in love with this place and its people. 10/10 recommendation. Must stay here!

Amazing property. The property manager helped with everything we needed while in Costa Rica. The house was stunning with all amenities you could imagine. We had private chefs and a housekeeper. We will be back and I recommend this house to anyone traveling to the area. Our kids did not want to leave.

We had 11 people ranging from ages 5 -69. We were able to celebrate my birthday and also my wife, Amy and my fortieth anniversary.There was something at casa breeze for everyone. Easy access to all the amenities plus the clubhouse, the pool and the ocean. The people we met in the city at the shops and restaurants were very personable and helpful.

The house and area is amazing. Renzo was the best host and helped set up all transportation and excursions. Welcome drinks on arrival were top notch. Blanca had the house clean and pristine everyday. She also cooked great breakfast. Beach club is a quick golf cart ride away. House is huge and there is so much space. We had 4 adults N”and 4 kids and there was never any problems with space. Pool is great. House is situated in a great area for nearby excursions. We saw iguanas, birds, and monkeys everyday. We would recommend 10/10 and can’t wait to make it back sometime in near future. Casa Breeze is absolutely stunning! Planned our sister’s bachelorette trip for a group of 7 and there was more than enough space for everyone.
Cristina and Renzo from concierge were both extremely helpful and accommodating. They answered all our questions promptly and were very friendly. Cristina connected us with an awesome private chef that served three delicious meals during our stay last month.
House staff kept the home pristine and in tip top shape.
While this location is close to the beach, you can’t walk there. Fortunately, a golf cart (seats 4-5) is included so you can explore the nearby resort and Playa Conchal.
Very beautiful home and surroundings! Would definitely recommend this location or any other location by Stay in Tamarindo. Looking forward to returning! 🥰

Our stay and experience at Casa Breeze was amazing! The house was impeccable and exceeded our expectations! Blanca, our house Mom, was so helpful and kind each day. An incredible all around experience. The house was actually better than the pictures. I had high expectations coming in, and they were exceeded in every way. The house was bigger than I expected as well. Diego and his team were on top of everything. They met us at checkin with the entire team to give us a detailed lay of the land. They arranged for airport shuttles, an additional golf cart rental (4 seater comes with the house), round trip transportation for dinner in tamarindo as well as a catamaran out of Playa Flamingo along with a private chef service to cook for my 40th birthday.
The house is on the 18th fairway with beautiful views of the golf course, the slide from the bar room to the pool was a hit with the 10 adults on this trip. Short golf cart ride to the beach club where we ate most lunches and were able to have full beach access with chairs and towels as well.
This may be the best home to rent in Reserva Conchal. We absolutely will be back!

Our time in this house was incredible! It had everything we could imagine and more. Two families enjoyed the week (4 adults and 5 kids), and we had plenty of space for everyone. Diego was amazing helping us stock the fridge (highly recommend) and excursions. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware and utensils you need to make anything. We we not expecting much from the pool, but it is much bigger and deeper than the pictures convey. We rented an additional golf cart for everyone to cart to the beach, which is also recommended if your group is larger than 4. You cannot walk to the beach on the path and cart provided was only a 4-seater. The additional cart for the week was reasonable and worth it. If we return to the area, we will stay again!

Casa Breeze is GORGEOUS. Large house is perfectly maintained, clean, safe, and comfortable. Truly luxurious. Diego, our concierge, and Blanca, our housekeeper/cook, were both Amazing. Wonderful stay! We've been all over the world and I would highly recommend Casa Breeze and the staff. Pura Vida!

This is our second time staying in Casa Breeze. The house has a perfect layout for a big family. It is located close to the club and has a great view of the golf course and nature. The house is kept meticulously clean. we will definitely be staying again.

Amazing house. Extremely spacious with plenty to do. Pool, water slide, waterfall, ping pong, multiple gathering rooms. This is the perfect house for a group or family. On the golf course a short ride from the club. I would highly recommend.

Incredible house, ideal for a beach vacation. Each of the five bedrooms were spacious and spotless. The huge kitchen had a great selection of cookware, which, along with the large outdoor grill and dining room made group meals a pleasure. The pool is deep and has a slide. The game room has a bar and ping pong table - making it a good hang out spot. The daily maid service was seamless and thorough. All around a terrific spot and I'd love to come back.
The one heads up to guests is that the house is not walkable to the beach. The beach is quite close geographically, but you're prohibited from walking through the golf course by the golf club. Luckily a four person golf cart is included and several nearby beaches are easily drivable by car. Similarly, the Westin restaurants are only available at a surcharge, but there are several (better) restaurants right outside the front gates of Reserva Conchal.

Absolutely stunning home at Casa Breeze! Everything is done to perfection. The property is beautiful with a gorgeous view over the golf course. Everything you could possibility need is supplied in the kitchen, and extra details are attended to by the staff. Camile was wonderful in helping with our stay!! Would entirely recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.
