Casa Blanca

Had the best time with family in this gorgeous home. Tomas answered all our questions and helped us book excursions and gave us so many wonderful restaurant recommendations. Our trip was so much better having his expertise on the excursions and knowing how to navigate the details. We went with a family group of 12 - 3 sets of parents and kids and it was the perfect size. Carla was a wonderful cook and cleaned up after us. Loved the costarican breakfast she made us one of the days. Pool was a hit and a wonderful grill. Neighborhood was nice and it was an easy drive to the beach club and a 30 drive into tamarindo. Only wish we could have stayed longer.. we went to las one night and watched the sunset and it was a highlight. Tomas booked an atv tour for us that made a stop at small beach that was beautiful and so fun for the kids too. Highly recommend!

Our stay at the villa was absolutely incredible. The home is beautiful, comfortable, it truly felt like a peaceful escape. What made the experience even more special was the amazing house mom (Karla) who took care of us. She was warm, attentive, and thoughtful, making sure everything ran smoothly and that we felt completely at home. Between the beautiful villa and the exceptional hospitality, our stay was unforgettable. We’re so grateful for the experience and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Costa Rica.

Beautiful home! We stayed here with our extended family, 16 people total. It was so spacious and comfortable. The kids loved the bunk bed rooms! There was the perfect amount if space for our family. The outdoor space was magnificent. With hot tub, pool, eating space, hammocks, covered lounge area, tons of grace space, fire pit. We used it all. Karla was amazing! She made the best breakfast every morning, the kept the house clean and organized and she was so sweet and friendly. Her presence was lovely. Whoever we asked for her help, she was always so gracious. Collin made our stay so easy! He was available ahead and during our stay for whatever we needed. He helped us plan all our excursions, the chef dinners… and helped with any information we needed - directions, meals. This stay was perfect!! Highly recommend.

Beautiful home that is well stocked in a very nice community. The backyard is a dream with the pool, hot tub, bbq grill, huge kitchen table, several lounge chairs, and shaded areas. We spent several hours out there every day. Collin was very helpful and responded quickly when we had questions. Karla was so sweet and did such a great job keeping the house clean and made us a delicious breakfast and pina coladas every day. We will definitely come back to stay here again!

Stay in Tamarindo staff

Hacienda Pinilla is the best area to stay in a very private Gaurd gated community with beautiful prestine grounds. The little pinilla store is perfect to get some basics. The house has beautiful furniture and very comfortable beds / linens. We were 2 families with a total of 14 people and it was perfect 6 bedrooms. The best black out remote control shades. Each room has their own air conditioning unit. 2 of the rooms have really nice wooden bunks for 6 adults people per room! Everyone had their own en-suite bathroom and privacy but also a beautiful hall powder room down the hall by the laundry room for extra convenience. The pool was shaded during the week we were there but there was sun in a bit of the jacuzzi. The pool is cool but refreshing to jump in if you are in the hot sun in the grass sunny area. Could be the time of year that the pool was shaded the whole time. We had a few bathroom issues but Collin took care of it immediately. Karla our housekeeper was fantastic she kept the house clean and made breakfast She was never in the way. Very kind and helpful. Plenty of parking in the one side of garage and 4 spots in the driveway We had 2 cars a golf cart and atv. We went to soul shine every morning for smoothies and coffee About a 7 min drive away There’s also a health food store and tea shop right by soul shine and of course Lola’s on the beach which was wonderful. We ate at the JW Marriott across the street a few times which was wonderful. The beach club was great free parking Sage guard gated. Clean beautiful chairs food drinks and the beach is perfect. Great surf and sandy beach right at the beach club. Never saw crocs Felt safe. Saw scarlet macaws at the club pool and iguanas. And we had howler monkeys at our house across the street with a mama and tiny baby. This was a perfect t trip best place I need to come back again !

Best location in a beautiful clean safe gaurd gated community. Collin was the best in answering all our questions and Karla our daily housekeeper was fantastic! The house was always clean and had great air conditioning. The furniture was excellent especially the beds and linens! The pool was refreshing but did stay in the shade this time of year but the hot tub did get some sun on one side. Everyone just sat in the sun right next to the pool on the beautiful lounge chairs.them jumped into the shaded pool. The last day we heard howler monkeys in our yard thought it was in the yard we walked 2 mins to see them which was a highlight. I’d definitely vacation in this house again. The ocean in front of the beach club was perfect. Perfect for surfing and swimming with soft sand just being flip flops for the dry sand when you first get to the beach be size it’s hot. There was. Few issues in some bathrooms but common had someone out in now gone to fix the water temp. 10/10 excellent stay ! We ate at the JW Marriott ne t door a few times which was excellent. And Lola’s is great as well as breakfast at Soul Shine and the tea shop / natural food store 6 mins away.

Our week-long stay in Tamarindo was outstanding. We rented a home in Reserva de Golf, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was ideal—peaceful and relaxing, yet close enough to enjoy all the adventure and energy Tamarindo has to offer. A huge highlight of our stay was Karla, our in-home staff member. She was incredible—cooking us delicious breakfasts, snacks, and drinks each day, keeping the home impeccably clean, and regularly refreshing linens and towels. Her care and attention made the experience feel truly special and stress-free. This stay offered the perfect combination of relaxation, comfort, and adventure. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation and highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area.

We loved our stay at Casa Blanca. The home was very beautiful and stocked with everything you would need for your stay. Collin was very accommodating and available. He even accommodated some last minute changes that could have been a pain, but he made it work for us. There was plenty of room for our family of 10 and then some. The house moms’Carla and Carmen were very wonderful and prepared a delicious breakfast and snacks for us during our stay. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. I’ll be back!!!!

Casa Blanca was everything we hoped it was and more! Very well stocked house, with incredibly comfy beds and wonderful linens! The backyard was perfect for hanging out and relaxing with our group!
Collin, was amazing and very communicative and helped us quickly with anything we needed!
This is my second time staying in Hacienda Pinilla and I’m so happy we choose this community again! It feels very safe as always, with loads of amenities within the gates!

We just had an incredible week long stay at Casa Blanca for spring break. Three families with a total of 7 teenagers (13 people) stayed at this home and were more than comfortable. The outstanding service provided by our host, Collin made our time in Costa Rica even better. He gave us some top notch activity and tour suggestions, restaurant suggestions and even organized to meet us for a couple minutes to make sure we had everything we needed. It was so lovely having a house mom there and breakfast already cooking when we woke up for the day. Even better than that, we enjoyed getting back from our long day at an awesome excursion organized by Collin to a fridge full of cut up fruit, guacamole, salsa and a pitcher of mojitos. The house was spotless and well appointed. Tamarindo is a short drive away with plenty to do. I couldn’t recommend working with this host and enjoying this house more.

Súper agradecida con todo el staff por permitirme celebrar los 40 años de mi amado esposo en Casa Blanca la casa bellísima, el servicio de limpieza excepcional. Celebramos una fiesta de piscina de 12md a 6pm con un servicio de BBQ y DJ la única y pequeña observación fue la queja de la vecina de atrás quejándose por el ruido cuando este era moderado y de medio día hasta las 6pm. Muchísimas gracias por la cálida estadía y definitivamente recomiendo el lugar al 100 y esperamos regresar.

I rented a villa for a business team reward trip with spouses. It was a beautiful property in a gated community. The property had wonderful amenities (pool, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor dining and a House Mom). We also had access to a local beach club and a concierge. The concierge assisted us multiple times with transportation needs, dining reservations and answers to questions. Members of our team all stated that it was an amazing experience. I would definitely use Stay in Tamarindo vacation rentals again.

Beautiful house with plenty of room and nice pool and hottub. Newer community so not so many restaurants nearby except at Marriott (which were just ok) but peaceful location and having a housemom to do breakfast was such a treat! Beach club was nice with the kids and Collin was super responsive and helped get us a driver into town one night on super short notice.

My family loved stay at Casa Blanca. The manager and staff were amazing. The house was very clean. The only very small issue was getting the hot tub to stay hot. But overall, we loved the property. We will definitely return!

The stay in Panilla was amazing.
We did have some rainy weather but the house, house staff, and property amenities made up for the weather and our group had an amazing time.
Collin and Karla made the stay so great, always responsive, always helpful, and very kind throughout the stay.
Collin, the house manager went above and beyond with his communication and assistance throughout the stay. From helping us find restaurants when we were lost, to being responsive for all transportation help, he assisted with everything we needed and we could not ask for more.
The property is beautiful, the rooms were amazing, and the beds were the comftiest. Our group had an amazing stay. Thank you all!

I hosted a wellness retreat at Casa Blanca House, and the house, staff, and experience were amazing! Our concierge Collin was extremely helpful in giving us local recommendations, booking transportation, helping us book excursions, and day-to-day requests! Our house mom Karla was a sweetheart, made breakfast and snacks, and cleaned for us daily. The neighbourhood was so safe and secure, perfect for a big group of girls! The only complaint would be the slow wifi, but other than that, the house is amazing!

This property was the perfect place for our group of 13 people to stay. The house was stunning and comfortable. Each person was able to have their own space to relax and sleep well to recharge for playing at the pool and trips to the ocean. The house mom was so wonderful in preparing meals, and keeping the house spotless . While staying at the house, Diego was very responsive to any questions that we had and was able to organize excursions for all of us to attend. The house pool area and cabana made the perfect place for our kids and family to have drinks, cook on the patio and play at the pool. There is a lot of construction in the area so at times it could be a bit noisy with the vehicles passing by. We were also a bit sad to see that the club house/restaurant was being remodeled. However, we were able to go over the to Marriott to have dinner, thanks to Diego! The grocery was a bit far from the house, about 30 minutes, but we were able to navigate to get there easily in our rental cars. Transportation to and from the airport was arranged and was extremely easy and coordinated very well. We also were able to reserve rental cars that arrived at our house and were necessary for us to get around to all the local beach areas. There was a little bit of a hiccup with the rental cars, but it was fixed very quickly and cars arrived so that we could leave the next morning to go to the market and get food. All in all, the transportation was great! It was a great trip!

Me and my family enjoyed our stay! Everything was up to our expectations. The house keeper came in every day to refresh the towels and clean around the house. The house had plenty of space and more for my group of 14. Booking activities through the host was super easy. We also booked a private chef through the host and loved it! 10/10 stay.

I book through airbnb for most trips and this rental falls into the ‘even better than the photos’ category. I love these hidden gems! The home itself was lovely on the inside with plenty of bedrooms and baths. The guesthouse was on par with the mainhouse. The star of the show is the backyard with perfect sized pool (with basketball hoop), heated jacuzzi, covered and uncovered lounge areas and turf areas for playing bags and other outdoor games. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend to anyone looking to enjoy an upscale experience while exploring the many wonderful things Costa Rica has to offer.

Casa Blanca is a beautiful home. The photos accurately depict how beautiful the home is. The daily housekeeper was so nice to have. We had a party of 18 and it fit us comfortably. The concierge helped us plan a trip that we will never forget. The beach club is very nice and we found that beach to be the favorite we visited.

Dani was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had , as well as sending my group and I activities to do around the area. Gate security was also on point we felt super safe during our stay . I would definitely come back to stay at this property , exactly as described in the listing but better !

Our family of nine spent a week in Stay Tamarindo's property Casa Blanca in Hacienda Pinella, Tamarindo. Everything about our trip was wonderful. The house met our needs perfectly. Our house mom Karla was there daily to clean and prepare breakfast. She was delightful. Dani and Elsa Vergas, our concierges helped us to plan different experiences and even stepped in to assist us with a couple of unexpected needs. They were efficient, responsive and easy to contact. The excursions they booked for us were top notch. The Hacienda Pinellas community had plenty for us to do. I would highly recommend this property

Our stay at Casa Blanca was beautiful. From booking our reservations through Jon at stay in Tamarindo to our wonderful concierge Daniel who made reservations for us and suggested terrific places to visit and eat. We had a maid who cooked breakfast for us all week that was included in our stay, and Karla was so nice and a fantastic cook. The house is in a great location and has access to the beach club, which is less than a mile away. The house is beautiful and probably has the most expensive furniture I've ever seen in a vacation rental. This place does not disappoint. There are really excellent restaurants that are a 10-minute drive away. Casa Blanca is a dream home that is high-end and comfortable at the same time. We will be staying her again in the future!

First off let me say this was one of my
Most amazing trips yet. Daniel our host was very communicative and responsive. The first day we arrived he and the maid meet with us explained everything and he helped set up all our excursions and adventures which made it a lot easier. Daniel recommended a chef his name was chef Luis I HIGHLY recommend him. Not only was his food very delicious he had such an amazing vibe as well. 10/10 experience. If your hesitant to book don’t! You won’t regret it!

We had a phenomenal time at Casa Blanca! We were a party of 11. The grandparents stayed in the guest house which has two bedrooms/one bathroom, small kitchen and living area, so they had complete privacy. Two families stayed in the main house - 2 rooms with cool bunk beds to accommodate 8 kids (we had 5 in total so plenty of room) and 2 bedrooms with king beds. All 4 bedrooms have their own bathroom. The housekeeper came daily from 8am to 4pm; she was very pleasant and helpful. Hacienda Pinilla had activities for everyone, from playing tennis to renting bikes and rising horses, to spending time at the beach Club. There are several restaurant options at night, though we mostly used the BBQ at the house. Special thanks to Mariam @StayInTamarindo for organizing everything for us (we did water rafting, zip lining, took surf lessons, among other activities) and taking care of any needs in the house very promptly (e.g fixing the internet connection in the guest house). Highly recommend this house! Will come back for sure!

Our group of 11 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Blanca. We took advantage of nearby activities (an 18-hole golf course, a 5-minute walk to the beach, a short drive to the Beach Club or the beach/bars/restaurants of Avellana) and of the easy access to Tamarindo for shopping and even more water-based fun. Our wonderful housekeeper and cook, Alejandra, took excellent care of us during our stay. We were the first renters in this home, so there were a few kinks to work out, but the management team was extremely responsive, easy to work and communicate with and very helpful. They also coordinated excursions, airport transportation and easy delivery/pickup of our rental cars. The kitchen had everything we needed for the dinners we cooked and ate at home. The home comfortably slept all 11 of us; for group dining, we couldn't all sit together at one table, but there was ample seating for dining between seats around the island plus 6 seats around the outside table. The casita is charming and comfortable. It is fully independent with a kitchen, sitting area and laundry. The pool and outside area has a nice variety of seating for sun-lovers and shade-dwellers. 22 thumbs up for our stay at Casa Blanca!
