Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club
• Full beach club access is $5 per day, per person; free for children under 10. Starting January 1st, 2026, all reservations at Bauhaus will include Beach Club access with no additional fee.
• The Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club closes for two weeks in October (exact dates vary).

JW Marriott Day Pass
This day pass is subject to availability and may not be offered during peak travel dates. When available, the cost is $136 per adult, which includes $85 in food and beverage credit. The children's rate (ages 5–12) is $68 and includes $35 in food and beverage credit. Children ages 4 and under are free. The day pass is valid from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and the food and beverage credit may be used only during those hours at Azul, Palapa, and Barracuda restaurants.

Construction Notice
Casa Bauhaus is in the proximity of a new community in Hacienda Pinilla. At this time, there is only one construction site, located a significant distance from the property. As the community continues to grow, additional construction may begin, which is outside of our control. To provide full transparency, we’ve included an aerial photo at the end of the listing showing the current layout and construction location.

Our stay in Costa Rica was absolutely exceptional. The home itself was beyond gorgeous—beautifully designed, spotless, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The amenities made it feel like a luxury resort: an amazing pool, hot sauna, cold plunge, outdoor showers, and incredible landscaping that made every day feel relaxing and special.
One of the best parts was being inside Hacienda Pinilla with access to the neighborhood market, the JW Marriott, and the amazing beach club (definitely a highlight of our trip!). Everything exceeded our expectations and made for such a memorable stay.
Our housemaid, Jennyfer, was also incredibly sweet and helpful throughout our stay. She made us the most delicious Costa Rican breakfasts each morning, which was such a special touch and made the experience even more memorable.
We would come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a truly special Costa Rica experience!

Jennifer was an amazing host — she spoiled us with fresh juices, delicious breakfasts, and the best tropical fruits every day. The sauna and cold plunge were incredible for unwinding and recharging. Collin was also extremely attentive and responsive to all our requests — always quick to reply and super helpful. We truly felt taken care of. Would 100% come back!

the house and surroundings are 5 star but above and beyond was the staff member, Jennifer, being on site and keeping the house as beautiful as the photos every day of our stay. Also, the host was very helpful to our questions and requests. very premier service all around.
